I was not impressed by not only the general "service" provided by this Panera location nor was I impressed by the fact that it seems like Panera no longer wants to actually SERVE the customer. I called into Panera to pre-order to go as I normally have and when I called in the young lady that answered the phone asked me to hold for the manager. After holding for longer than I thought was necessary probably 4-5 minutes, the manager came on the line and started to explain that they no longer take phone in orders, not sure why I had to wait to be told they would not be taking my order. Seeing as I was in a bit of a hurry and was trying to save time by calling it in (which I could have completed an online order in the time I was holding) but by the time I hung up with her and placed my order online I was in the parking lot of Panera. I went inside to place my order and was once again faced with cold, sniffly, unprofessional service. Luckily the food was sufficient and I ate it with weary concern about the cleanliness and safety of what I was consuming. I realized as I was leaving that there were several station set up for processing your own order in which may have been why they were so irritated I asked them to do it for me. I wont be visiting this location again.

Its such a shame because they have such great food, but it seems like the past 6 times our staff has ordered at this specific location they either mess up one or more of our orders. They have horrible customer service skills. I had ordered a sou flee purchased it picked up all of my food to find out this was not in the bag. I called and spoke with a manager. She gave me the option of picking out another sou flee. I told her i would need to call her back since this wasnt my order but a fellow colleague. When I called back I spoke with another manager who gave me attitude, and said they are to busy, and come to find out they no longer serve this item. Only for breakfast. She kept trying to hang up on me but I asked if she could offer maybe something else or I could get my money back. She continued to give me attitude and ignored the fact that I had just asked for a refund. She said someone would get back to me. This place is not worth going to anymore. We are frequent customers and have decided we will take our business else where, or start bringing our own lunch to work. Not worth dealing with these people anylonger.

I love Panera Bread. This location, however, the staff worried about exchanging money among each other (3 employees) did not look up at me or another customer behind me to reconcile our presence. Waited two minutes for them to finish their private business before it was my turn to order. A trainer was involved and she is management. Im appalled at the kind of customer service that customers cannot be treated like we are not there. Additionally, the trainer did not pay attention to what I ordered. Not sure if they really want to be there.

Food is usually always great. However service always seems to be pretty poor at this location. Ive had it with this place. I usually order all the time however the last few times I went seems like they hate there job. Would hate to work there.. Manager treated me poorly on the phone as well. Saif she was "TOO BUSY" and rushed me off the phone. I guess my money is no good there.. Shame on them. They ought to get some customer service classes taught there. smh.. I rather fast and not eat all day then try and crack a smile out of them.

I used this Panera location to cater a recent class I was teaching in the area. I was able to place my order all online which was extremely convenient. They delivered the food on time (early even) and everything was perfect. We had one student with a cheese allergy which I noted in my special instructions section on the form, so they put all the cheese from the sandwiches on a separate plate.

Consistently horrible output from the kitchen at this location. I order a Greek salad, EXTRA OLIVES & RED ONIONS...NO pickled red onions... I get a Greek Salad WITHOUT ANY OLIVES, Red Onions OR Greek dressing! The soup was room temperature, at best. I am not the only customer with issues. At least 3 or 4 groups of customers had issues with their orders and had to be sent back ti be remade!!

Every time I order, I make sure to take any sort of Red Onion off and I leave a note in the Customization. Yet Every time i get onions in my food, now i have been nice about this for the past 4 times, and I called and spoke to a manager about having the kitchen watch their hands. But I still have onions in my salad. Overall Disappointing

Pleasantly surprised with the changes to Panera. The food was very fresh and delicious. The pastries have always been good and I really like their bagels. This Panera had been around a long time and I think it is starting to show its age. Its clean but a little dingy and gloomy.

Its like the 5th best Panera in town. Everythings just okay. Except they always seem to skimp on the chicken in everything. Salads and sandwiches. Plus in the afternoon theyre out of most of the breads. At least the ones you actually want to eat.

Needs a major refurbishment its looking a bit tired now and some staff training in hygiene, unless you like hairs in your salad ? the staff didnt seem bothered when I told them. Pity because this used to be my favourite one in town.

Ive eaten here plenty but today I ordered my regular Cobb salad and the box was half full. Pretty disappointed on this occasion. Looks more like a half order to me. Normally 4-5 star experience.

Second time iv ordered delivery and have not received the pastries I bought. They always seem to forget them... They also brought me the wrong sandwich.
