I purchased a piece of Salmon on 8/29/2019 and when I opened my bag the smell was over whelming no fish should smell fishy it should smell like the ocean and I understand that we may not want loss but not at the expense of the customer I love shopping at Publix and hope that this matter will be addressed I will.not be shopping at this Publix but will venture out to another outside my area to see if it was not something that occurs at all Publix please be aware that this is an expense when you buy fish so you want the best that the company has to offer also I think your associates need to have more training in the way a fish should smell as well as look and feel so that your customer will not have to throw their money in the garbage as I did.

This store rarely has what Im looking for. I have come to the store several times to find that they dont restock the shelves at night. Ive noticed if there are 2 items of something on the shelf, they would just bring those 2 items forward instead of restocking the shelves. Plenty of times I find myself asking an employee to go to the back and get an item for me which lets me know that the product is there, its just not being restocked. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because its literally down the street. It only takes me 2 minutes to get there.

i ordered a cake 1 week in advance. I called the morning very early to ask if i could pick up the cake about 2 hours before scheduled pickup and our plans had changed because of the rain. She told me I had to pick it up at the time I scheduled it for pick up. My heart sank,soooo disappointed. I had to cancel and buy pre made cake elsewhere

Horrible experience I ordered a cake and it was the worst cake I have ever seen in my life... Its overcrowded customer service is horrible and check out is super slow I would never come here if I didnt live across the street... I even sometimes drive all the way to the one on Palm Avenue

My first time visiting this particular Publix and the experience was great. Miguel the cashier was very helpful, polite and patient. I also went to the customer service desk and the rep was very polite. I would definitely visit this location again. Keep up the good job!
