The food is delicious, but do you know whats even better? The service! Theres a guy there who is constantly "serving" us. He is always on his feet doing things like refilling our drinks, picking out our plates as soon as we are done, to offering condiments and extras. He also does all the little things, like tidying up the salad bar, changing the garbage bags BEFORE they get filled to the brim, picking up small trash on the floor that most waiters/waitresses would ignore, wiping clean seemingly already clean tables. He is absolutely the best! He seems to enjoy his job too because his personality and happiness just radiates, making Downtown Deli my favorite place.

This is a Racist deli i was treated very badly by the white manager watched as i prepared my salad and told i didnt have money to pay for my food by the owner because of how i look and because im black this is the most racist establishment i have been to in my life

I got the crabcake sandwich and it was excellent. I also really enjoyed my sweet potato fries. This place is clean and spacious enough. Its in a great location as well. This is a fine place to go if you need lunch in downtown W-S.

The customer service is terrible, the cashier was rude to me and my sister, also he was on his phone and the manager didnt even say anything. Just overall terrible experience, never again will I dine at this place.

Great place for breakfast or lunch with a large varied menu. Tends to be busy on lunch, but the wait isnt long. Bring cash to tip the server as you pay when ordering, then seat yourself.
