Ill start it off with our waitress was really trying to be good at waitress-ing. If you read no further, I would not recommend, based on service. Party of 7, not too busy at lunch, here was the timeline: 2 minutes to get seated, I am pleased. We order food and beverages soon after we get to the table. 15 minutes until the beverages arrive, I assume she just has lots of tables. 40 minutes after ordering the food, it finally arrives. Its not particularly warm, and my order of wings is wrong. In her defense, she wrote it down correctly. I ask her how long it would take to get the correct order of wings out (Im in a hurry at this point) and she says "I really cant put a number on it", and I say Ill just eat what she brought me. She agrees this is a good idea. My friend insists she bring the correct ones, but before she does so, she comes to show me what she wrote down, I assume to verify that I wasnt trying to get free wings. She concurs that the wrong wings were in fact brought out, and it takes around 5 minutes for the correct ones to be brought out. It is not exactly stellar service up to this point, but I am not particularly upset. 10 minutes before the wings arrived, I asked for the checks because I had a limited amount of time for lunch. 15 minutes later, she comes back with the checks. This is where the fun starts. I had showed her the 3 coupons for free snack wings I intended to use when I walked in, which I ordered for the table to share. When I receive my check, I am charged for those 3 snack wings I ordered, plus the one I ordered for myself (4 total). I explain to her that I still had the coupons I intended to use, and I would like the 3 deducted off my bill. She says she needs to talk to the manager. She comes back, and tells me that I can only use one coupon on my bill (understandable). I ask if she can put the orders of wings on 2 of the other 6 patrons bills, then deduct it off with the coupons that they have. She responds that they all ordered wings that were not snack wings. I tell her I realize this, and the orders of snack wings that are currently on my bill would go on their bills, then be subsequently deducted. She says she understands, and the clearing of this mixup on the technicality saves the day. I am mistaken. She takes my bill and the bill of my friend. She leaves all the orders of wings on my bill. She then adds one to my friends bill, and was nice enough to deduct it. This has added a mystery order of snack wings to the mix that I never saw or ordered. I am out of time, and do not have the ability to explain the math of what has happened, preferably with diagrams. I end up getting one coupon to work with this whole debacle, so this particular waitress has won the battle of wills on using 3 coupons between 7 people. I pay for the rest of the wings I was under the impression would be free. Overall, if you have about 2 hours and are in no particular hurry for food or beverages, its probably an alright place to eat. But for the love of God, do not try to use coupons.

First time we came as a group & the kitchen forgot half the food & it took over an hour to get the birthday girl & her daughter dinner. Took over an hour & us repeatedly going to find a manager & demanding they come deal with the situation before we found our waitress to find out how long the rest of the would take. Eventually the training manager from another location out of state showed up, fixed the issue & assured us it wouldnt happen again. Since then, multiple times at the bar the bartenders will barely ever acknowledge you much less check in during your meal, too busy texting & chatting with employees. It takes a consistent 10+ minutes to get a check & the bar staff averages closer to 20+ minutes to clear trash from tables & bar tops. By far the worst BWW Ive been to across the country & has stayed this way for over 6 months. The food is the usual BWW as is the atmosphere. Empty glasses sit for 10+ minutes without being asked if I want a refill or offering to clear the trash.

Comida muy mala se tardan demasiado en servir parace que la hacen en microonda los postres malísimos son de muy mala calidad y el mantecado se nota que es mantecado barato que compran en n dollar tree que está al lado y te lo venden caro no lo recomiendo para nada y el bizcocho ni hablar es peor.

Our review of our tonite visit PROS: Edgard our server provide nice service Clean tables and organized prompt service vast menu, food and drinks quick response about a kitchen mistake nice music lots of sauces to choose from the place overall looks good CONS: servers visible eating during service floor dirty because is carpet and filthy no coasters available for the drinks they close at 1am but by 12.30 the bar is closed and the kitchen 12.45!!!!(doesnt make sense) ***so actually ITS closed at 12.30???

We were hesitant initially to try this location due to initial unfavorable reviews when they first opened. We decided to take a chance and see for ourselves...and we left extremely satisfied. The majority of our positive experience was not the taste and quality of the food,which was very good,but the level of service we received from Edgar. Our hats off to him for his exceptional attitude and attentiveness. We will definitely return and look forward to our next experience at this location.

Can I possibly leave zero? Worst restaurant experience in many years. BWW is usually a reliable place to go for good food and service. We arrived with a party of nine and it wasnt too busy. It took way too long to get drinks and they forgot to ring in one of our meals, not to mention bringing an appetizer we ordered out after our meals. After we got the missing meal sorted, it took another twenty minutes to get it. I had to press the manager for a comp too, which made it worse.

Love the wings BUT the 3 times Ive been here the service has been really slow. The staff is nice but the kitchen is just slow it seems. The bar seems shocked anytime someone orders wine. I get that its a sports bar but, if you have wine on the menu be prepared to serve it. Ive waited 30+ minutes every time I order a glass of wine!

Even though my experience was not good Im giving this a 5 star because the food is good and even though I was upset what happened Liz the manager fixed my problem And that right there is great Customer service thank u Liz for fixing the problems and her cashiers in take out were very patient with me.

Great food. Service could definitely be better. While at the bar two girls, employees, were setting up dates with customers, for them to go out. The girls were continously on their phones and we had to constantly get their attention. I want to say one of their names was natalie... not 100% .
