Always order from this restaurant off my Uber eats app. today I had someone else to order for me because we were super busy at work. When the order was placed I notice that my co-worker hadnt took off the mayo and turkey bacon (because Im allergic ) so I called Aroma and they were extremely rude. The woman who answered the phone, stated that I would have to eat the sandwich the way it was because it was already prepared or make an entire new order. The manager came to the phone and stated I would have to eat that sandwich because if I didnt they would have to throw it away. My app said food was being prepared, they told me the Uber driver was standing in their lobby. For a customer that has ordered more than 8 times from this restaurant, they will never get anymore business from me. Not only did they refuse to make the sandwich over, the manager stayed I would have to take my problems up with Uber and hung up the phone.. Never will I ever eat from this establishment!

The staff were okay, I ordered Shakshuka, brownie and Aroma coffee. The Shakshuka is not the same I used to its different in a bad way. The brownie and the aroma coffee were good. الخدمة عادية جداً، طلبت شكشوكة و براوني و قهوة اروما. الشكشوكة تعتبر سيئة مقارنة بالشكشوكة العربية التي اعتدنا عليها، الباروني والقهوة كانت جيدة.

I tried to like this place but Ive been disappointed too many times by them. Service is bad and the food is bland. Their coffee is good but be careful because if it is a sweetened drink, they make them with Splenda but do not inform you unless you ask. Also be careful with picking up your food. I watched several customers grab the wrong food and take it to their table only to walk back and return the food. I was disgusted that the employees didnt do much about that. Additionally the cleanliness of the bathroom was an issue. There were hair clippings in the sink. In the bathroom of a restaurant this isnt what you want to see.

Great place for coffee and pastries . Its an Israeli chain coffee place located in Miami Gardens . They also have a full menu with salads and sandwiches . Definitely try the Borekas and the egg sandwiches . The service is great and the staff is always friendly . I love to go there at times to sit outside and meet friends for late coffee .

I love the place its so nice to relax..the service I dont like it, I ordered turkish coffee and its was not turkish (real turkish is like powdered sugar ). It didnt give me the feeling of turkish. The cup is glass, the pastrie is expensive & no good quality. Panera bread is the better choice for pastries...

Super amazing food very authentic very clean , found the management to be very professional and of high standards when there was a mistake they took care of it right away and even gave me a present for free would definitely circle back to them whenever if Im feeling hungry for some good food

Came by for breakfast with the family, as I was placing my order my wife was carrying our baby and asked for a high chair to which a rude waiter pointed to where they were instead of assisting her. Details like this kill the whole experience. For shame.

I love this coffee shop. The espresso is delicious, no burnt after taste. They also have good salads and sandwiches. You cannot go wrong trying the coffee or the food. It is my coffee stop every time I am in Hallandale Beach.

Seems like a great place I like the environment definitely coming back. Sadly, they messed up my order gave it back with one half no lettuce on half lettuce and to top things off there was a hair on the avocado

Great gourmet pastries and coffee. Amazing quality. The downside is that its a tad expensive for what youre getting. I enjoy it every once in a while when I can afford it but not on a daily basis

A fun breakfast with fresh foods, lunch on a sofa outdoors under ceiling fans or a quick dinner with couple of friends. A bit noisy - I wish they just deliver to the tables by numbers.

Ordered Americano - good quality, close taste to Starbucks. Regular coffee - very good quality as well. Coffee at Aroma is way better than Starbucks coffee in my opinion.

The iced chai latte doesnt taste like a chai at all! The iced coffee was disappointing. The bakery was nothing noteworthy either. All in all, I wouldnt come back here.
