Food was delicious... horrible customer service! Especially the ladies that took my 3 small orders. Unprofessional, and bad attitudes. Listen, I am sorry if you dont like your job. Get a new one! Also, in the future, when a customer has several orders I would suggest completing the first then second etc. You should not be asking me what I need all at one time. You need a new work flow, and /or work on the one you are suppose to be practicing. Thanks so much, have a lovely evening and a Happy New Year. Cheers

Food is Qdoba. Staff seem to hate their lives. My brother, who is deaf, loves going here, and when Im interpreting for him the staff are always very rude and try to get my order at the same time. If I dont interpret for him, they give me rude looks or ask me questions to clarify his order while I give mine. Cant win with these people! Chipotle is farther away, but worth the drive for the better product and service.

First visit at this franchise restaurant was here in Matthews on my lunch break. The atmosphere was bleak, people were there but they were robotic, even the employees. The food was cold and had no flavor. I felt as if since I was blue collar and in uniform that I werent welcome. Oh well, this is an uppity part of the county.

We ate here jan 30th 2015 with a group of 4 approx. around noon all of us got sick on the way home it wasnt from the same dish because we all ate different dishes. I am convinced something was spoiled and made us deathly ill.. would I eat here again. NO THANK YOU.

My first time ever eating here and in amazed at all they offer. The food is ridiculously fresh and super delish! Qdoba now has a special place in my heart lol. People that work here are also really friendly and helpful if you just cant figure out what you want.

Loved the chicken quesadilla. It was perfect. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. So was the sweet tea! Great service, great food, great prices. My sister in law said her guacamole had a big piece of avocado in it so she could tell it was really fresh.

Great food combination availabilities. Ordering online was so easy and pick up was amazing. Filtering online ordering allows you to rule out gluten free foods and other potential food allergens that may be issues with customers.

The customer service is bad. Everybody there just seems really irritated and that they really just dont want to be there. Its kind of uncomfortable ordering my food when nobody even smiles or looks me in the eye.
