I have been eating there for a couple of years with no problem whatsoever. I generally get 2 grilled chicken salads to go as I do live a distance away and it is always a nice surprise for my fiance. Tonight I get my salad home and open it up, the chicken is a strange bluish gray color that immediately causes a couple red flags, I pick the couple of pieces off and try to get past it since the rest of the chicken looks normal, as I start cutting up my tomato I look closely and see hair, black short curly hair sitting amongst the salad, my fiance and I are both red/blonde and know it cant be ours. When I call up to speak to the manager, Bill, he states that they would never send out chicken in the description that I gave and that all people have really short hair or is kept in a skull cap, then quizing me on what type of hair.. I dont know what type of hair it is, all I know is that its HAIR in my food. "well bring it back, I cant do anything unless I see it" ... I live 30 minutes one way and we tossed the nasty looking chicken bits into the garbage can. Unacceptable resolution of my issue, so my resolution... spend another $16.85 plus tip to eat else where next time. You just lost my buisness, and I will make sure that word does get around. Thanks for nothing.

Ive lived near this restaurant for quite a few years, but never ate there until lunch today. The food is good, and reasonably priced. The lunch prices are mostly around $7. I ordered country fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes, and northern beans. It also came with a warm roll... all for $7.25. Everything tasted good. The mashed potatoes didnt taste like potato flakes, so that was a nice surprise at this price. The white sausage gravy was very good too. The portion size was very good too. I walked away too full for dessert. Maybe next time Ill order a sandwich so that Ill have some room for peanut butter pie. My waitress was a hispanic lady in her 40s. I didnt catch her name. She was VERY nice. I really liked her. She joked with me, and I never felt ignored. The restaurant was pretty full. Thats not surprising, since the prices and food are both good. Ill definitely return.

Placed an order for pickup due to the fact my wife wasnt feeling well. Ordered an item that every time we been here in the past we have been asked if we wanted bacon or sausage. Knowing this Im confident I specifically asked for basin however upon returning home guess what, No bacon! And to add insult to injury when I call them to alert them of the error Im basically told "well you didnt ask if it"!!. First off bacon or sausage patty or link is included with my French toast order! I shouldnt have to specifically ask for it. Second when I make you aware of the error you laugh at me in a condescending matter like I was trying to lie about. Its bacon I got bigger fish to fry but thanks for making your customers feel stupid when I know you would rather jus sit there all day and take payment. Will not be going back ever!!

My wife and I are local and have eaten here several times. In the past we have been pleased. The food is good for the money, and the service is usually good. We have noticed in the past that there are usually a couple of tables that the locals do not sit at. We have since learned that this is one of the poorer waitresses section. The past two times we have sat in her section, I got the wrong omelette three times and my wife didnt get sides she had ordered. I would recommend this restaurant but would wait to be seated in the southern room or outside. The wait for a table can be long, especially on weekend mornings, but it is worth it.

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment for the first time today. I Recently transferred to operate the Tire Kingdom down the street. Let me Tell you this, "That Little Restaurant" is a Gem. The Service is Excellent and the Food is Great. I will be referring my customers to visit your establishment while their vehicles are being looked at with the same good service that you provide. My family and I love this place! We tend to go for breakfast here as often as possible. However, today our experience was subpar from a food standpoint. Their biscuits and gravy are usually phenomenal but, today they were extremely lackluster. Prior to this experience they are easily a 5-star experience and our favorite breakfast place. Today the biscuits and gravy was just so bad, I rated it a 3. Maybe, they were simply very busy due to the 4th of July. I will definitely go back again but, hope the experience is better like it has been before.

The place is convenient however the staff is plainly rude. The waitress for at least 6 months was just grumpy. This last visit it seems someone told her(attitude much better), the food was even better. However when I go to pay my bill the cashier decides that my business isnt important enough and takes a person behind me in line that was more of a regular and made me wait. This may be one of the rudest things I have ever had happen to me. Find a better and more friendly place to spend your money. I will never return!!!

I have eaten here multiple times and its always been good but this time I wasnt pleased. I have the worst food poisoning and the biscuits and gravy was bland. The potatoes were not cooked enough and my eggs were not over medium. I will not eat there again. I wouldnt wish this sickness on my worst enemy

I was here a few years ago was not impressed there was this blonde waitress always kept talking about her breast cancer looking for sympathy and big tips. She no longer works there good. I was there today had the blueberry waffle it was really good tasty waitress nice will be back again for sure.

My cheese omelet was by far the best i have ever had. I do confess to breakfast out on a biweekly basis. The egg was perfectly done with the cheese available in every bite. Red potatoes home fries were done just right. Service was with a smile and just the right amount of conversation. Loved it!

Extremely attentive staff, fast service, friendly atmosphere, and comfort food. The chicken fried steak was great and the portions are huge. Eggs and homefries were so-so and getting cheese just means slices put on top just before its served. Overall Id definitely come again.

Good comfort food, ample serving sizes, decent prices and friendly wait staff. Always busy. Good variety on the menu. Ive enjoyed the turkey dinner and the meatloaf. It was good enough we have been twice despite the variety of eateries in the area.
