On our journey back home from nearby Cleveland Clinic Hospital, We stopped to refresh ourselves at The Cracker Barrel Old Country Store off of I-75 and Sheridan. From the moment we stepped through the Front doors we were transported both by sights and sounds back to the old days of our youth. The sensory of delights continued over into our dining experience, Our Hostess found us a nearby table since I could not walk far. Seated very quickly the perfect table. Our server was Alexander and he went above and beyond to make sure that we had the beverages and meal we expected. He saw we were enjoying the antique decor and was a complete gentleman as he waited on us like royalty. Our food was freshly prepared using home style recipes and quality ingredients. The portions were generous and priced very affordable. The Restaurant Manager Robert , took the time to find out about our experience and with a caring professional attitude he expressed a genuine appreciation for our review and invited us to return again soon, The holidays filled the air with all the fun candies, decorations and music from times gone by. A great place to share with my Grand Children. Highly recommend this location and Staff. It made me forget that I was recovering from a otherwise difficult day. We ended the experience with a game of checkers,sitting in the rocking chairs on the great front porch. It was even okay when I lost the game. A really memorable experience for an ol Gran ma like me. I have nothing negative to say about the food, I really enjoy the food at Cracker Barrel. But I am totally disgusted with the lack of customer service I received the last time I ordered from this location. My office orders multiple meals at once. I called in to place the order for pick up and the woman on the other end of the phone was SUPER nasty, rude, and abrupt. Not only did she give me an attitude, but she didnt even answer in a polite way. Her response to my thank you at the end of the conversation was UH HUH and hanging up the phone. What a way to keep customers ordering or coming in! Makes me wonder how the other waitresses/waiters are at this location! I have never had that kind of attitude when dining at such a large widely known restaurant chain. I complained to their corporate office and never even got a response. Way to go, Cracker Barrel. I may be a tiny fish in the sea of customers, but if you keep up this type of response or keep employing nasty people like that, youre going to end up eventually losing more than just a tiny fish like me.

This was a horrible experience. Usually loo He cracker barrel; however, service was awful. Onlybone other table in the middle area where we sat when we arrived. Ordered coffee with creme. Took 10 minutes and he comes back with 1 creme each. Asked politely for a no because we use alof of creme and order. Never brings creme and dont see him for 10 plus. As me him again for creme and by then more coffee. During yh is 10 minutes the area fills up. As we sit it has been over 30 minutes and no food; however, we see everyone who came after us is eating. Coffee been empty for 10 minutes now. We flag someone down to get our waiter. We ask politely about are food explaining its been 40 minutes now and everyone elsebis eating. He leaves and doesnt come back for q0 minutes and states ... sorry kitchen backed up.... okay I said, its not the kitchen because everyone after us is eating. Cancel the order and just gibe is bill for coffee. He never came backnhad to finally ask for manager to even get bill for coffee just so we could leave... just horrible....

Went here recently with some out of town family to grab breakfast. My Aunt asks to be seated for 4 with a high chair and the tactless host looked at her like she was dumb and said... so you mean a table for five and my aunt repeated herself and the host even more rude than the first time says four and a high chair table for 5. Also My son has some really sensitive allergies and is still nursing so I have to be careful not to eat things he allergic to. I asked about the ingredients in the sausage and was told there was nothing in them he was allergic too, however that evening his skin broke out everywhere for the first time in weeks. It was really frustrating. Felt like I got duped. The only upside was the the waitress was the sweetest thing ever and the food was decent.

Arrived and seated within 10 mins. Waited 15 mins after seated to told be right with you. 30 mins later waitress finally took orders for the three of us. Food finally arrived 40 mins later and we had to send every thing back as all entrees were cold! When we told waitress food was cold she had an attitude. Husband said food must have been sitting for a while because everything was cold. Waitress rudely stated "food wasnt sitting we have an expeditor." She never apologized for wait or food being cold. About 15 minutes later all three entrees were delivered to us. Again waitress never appologized. Terrible service. Not sure if we will go back again.

I love cracker barrels food, My family enjoys the rocking chairs after dinner and my kids love the peg games and checker board. The biscuits are almost always fresh and moist. I love the variety of different foods but stick to my Country fried chicken, and i would like to say my waitress Samantha B is the best. We go there every Saturday and I always request her, she is always attentive, courtesy, always makes sure our food is hot, and correct nand knows our order and what we like. Me and my family have been going here for years and for the past 2 years Samantha has been the waitress we ask for.

I love cracker barrel and I loved coming here. It was very crowded (parking lot was packed- Saturday 11-11:30 am ish), but because of the efficiency in staff we only waited about ten minutes or so (if that) for our table. The food was great, of course, and our waitress was friendly and attentive. We did ask her for napkins that she forgot (it was super busy) but other than that she did a great job. Our drinks were refilled without even having to be asked and she checked in on us for an appropriate amount of times. Cant wait to come back (Im hungry just thinking about it).

Excelente lugar para pasar en familia! La comida es muy rica todo es muy fresco y el personal es muy amable. Dependiendo de las horas y el dia,por ejemplo de 9-11 am en fin de semana hay que esperar en linea por mesas. Por todo lo de mas estoy muy contenta.

BEWARE!!! Make sure you dont leave anything behind in this place, I left my gucci sunglasses on the table literally for no more than 5 minutes and when I came back the table was cleared and the waiting staff said OBVIOUSLY hadnt seen anything. also Im more than certain that it wasnt another customer that took them cause it happened very early morning and there wasnt too many people there, spoke to the manager Teresa but it seemed a waste of time, they need cameras in this place, the staff looked fishy and they took the bait.
