My first ever experience at Sonic. I wanted to give it a try. Really was looking forward to a couple of hot dogs. It was a Thursday night at 9:30pm. There were 7 cars in front of me in the drive thru. It took me 45 minutes to drive away with my order. Yes, the place was very busy, but there should NEVER be a reason someone should wait 45 minutes anywhere and for anything. Youd expect to wait that long at the DMV, but at Sonic? When I pulled up at the window, I saw that most of their employees were teenagers. Surprisingly, the kids were hustling and actually working. That was good to see. But there was only one adult manager in there, and he was staring at the order screen seemingly dumbfounded. This is the first time I go to a fast food joint that the young teenagers are hustling, but they are being brought down by poor management and inefficient systems. Kudos to the kids! Get it together management, or youll loose the goodwill from the public you seemingly have at this point.

Horrible Service! Where does this company find these employees??? The lady at the drive thru ignored when I tried to get her attention to add one thing and then gave me an attitude at the window when I asked to add it then. She wanted me to go back around because she didnt hear when I asked for the second slushy. Blaming it on her headset. How is that my problem??? She also got most of my order wrong! I also overheard her cursing about it. I really dont know where they get these people and why they continue to employ such unprofessional workers! The food was not great quality. Only good thing is the desserts.

My first time visiting this location and will be my last. This one employee name Mircle was extremely rude and failed to ask us the size for the Oreo blasters. She took it upon herself to charge us a medium but we didnt have time to tell her the size becuz she rushed throughout the whole order and argue with us saying to next time tell them the size we want. She proceeded to charge us for medium saying that its too late and its already made when we asked for a small. She was unprofessional and I hope for future guests that visit your establishment, the issue will be resolved.

"C+" | As a Hialeah local we often get places that come and go. My first two experiences going to the store it was crowded, but much was unmerited going though the drive thru to see the employees on skates was refreshing like a 50s throwback. I ordered the #1 with a signature Hawaiian Wave. Fries and drink were slightly above average but the burgers were a reason to come. Should try this place. Edit January 2016: This place is under new management and the wait times are horrendous even with a few people as if there is one person working there. Avoid this location

Very Good! It was crowded the day I went, but thats because the restaurant was new to the people in Hialeah. I also ordered a #1 with a Oreo shake that was totally worth it. I went through the drive in. Last time I went to a sonic was around 2005, it was really far away but in Florida and it wasnt the beach theme neither was it that good like the new one here. The manager was outside taking good control of the kitchen and other things. There doing good!

By far the most delicious Shakes anywhere! They have all kinds of flavors to choose from. Make sure to ask for a spoon too, you will need it because they are deliciously thick. The food isnt bad either but for a fast food place its on the higher price range but for the 50s vibe that it has its worth going whenever your feeling nostalgic. Highly recommend to try a shake

Pretty clean place. My complaint is with the price of this place. Ordered a small onion ring for 2.19 and was give 4 onion rings. When I asked the server about this she told me small consists of 4 or 5 onion rings. I didnt press this bUT during recent visit I ordered the value onion ring for 1.79 and got 4 onion rings for less. Now what the heck is that?

The food is delicious! Now I dont have to go to Palm Beach or Homestead. I have one here in North Dade. Right when I entered the place my mouth was watering.Service is great food is great and now I can sit indoors finally.And either way my experience at the ones right by Rapids Water Park and the one in Homestead were pretty crappy.

I was very disappointed that they didnt come to me in roller skates. Me and my wife made a 15 mile trip just for that and it didnt happen. The shakes were great and the food quality was good. The service was down so it was hectic, hopefully its good next time so my wife and kids can enjoy it.

This place is horrible when I walked in it smelled terrible like a wet mop and the employees where sitting around on there cell phones. When I went to order the cashier said they didnt have any hot dogs or hamburgers. Will never be going here again.

Food was ok nothing out of this world tater tots and mozzarella sticks were stale but they couldnt get a plain chicken sandwich right I ask for plain they put pickles and mayo take 15 minutes to bring a plain one

Sonics is great! I used to drive 1 hour up north when there wasnt one down here. Now theres one next to my house! Good fast food with a lot of different choices of food from breakfast to dinner.

Usually okay, staff is sometimes not very nice. The wait is okay half of the time, staff repeatedly misses sauce orders. Hot dogs are pretty good, but recommend better ones at Fuddruckers in Doral

I love sonic in general. It can become a bit expensive because its not cheap and theyve messed up my shake orders a LOT (8 out of 10 times I go, even after asking them to repeat it back to me)

Chaos, it took 25 minutes for them to bring the wrong food. Another customer is complaining at counter that it has been 35 minutes for his. After 30 minutes received order.

Food is OK, desserts and drinks are great, staff is horrible. Sonic Beach seem to have bad staffing dont know why. But drop in for slushes or try out a sonic blast
