Worst Cold Stone experience I have ever had. They over charged us and then when they "corrected it" we didnt get the correct amount back. Will never come back and dont recommend it to anyone. The woman making my ice cream was joking around and when I asked her questions she made next to no attempt to get an answer. She was simply rude and made no attempt to ensure we had a good experience. Dont come here!

I ask for a sausage and cheese crossant, a Bagel and cinnamon bun. I had to check my bag at the window and no bun. when I said something they really didnt act like forgrting it was even an issue. Then when I got home there was no sausage on my crossant. I called and she said the usaul lines but I felt the need to let the world know not to go there. There is a reason there was no line

Stopped by for a coffee using a debit card, (note this was the only thing purchased with this specific card for months) My bank account was cleaned for $489.00 on black friday weekend 300 miles away! thank god my bank reimbursed me! DO NOT USE CARDS AT THIS GHETTO TIMS. CASH ONLY ALL FAST FOOD JOINTS!

Ordee had to be changed after already ordering because manager took item I ordered out of case! Got my order and got to work and it was wrong, I ordered strawberry cream cheese because of cashiers recommendation and I ended up with regular. Overall nice cashier, bad manager and backround help.

The service was lousy. The server was rude, the food didnt look or taste good. The server had an large wrist tattoo,not healed, fresh with ointment and body fluids dripping off her body. She was taking money, not washing her hands and serving food.yuck......

This place is clean and efficient. The quantities are small but there meant to be snacks. I would recommend this place. It seems like a lot of entrepreneurs come here to work. I am sure about the college crowds

We actually got ice cream from the coldstone creamery located inside this tim Hortons. New cookie batter ice creams are very tasty.

Usually busy, especially at peak times, but service is always fast and friendly. Clean restaurant and plenty of fresh options.
