One of the girls who sames to be a manager or some thing was very rude. She talks with attitude and makes you feel not welcome Try to ask her some thing about your drink and she will treat you with bad attitude and she acts like she is bothered by serving you. She is like trowing your drink in your face. Starbucks must be careful to the way some employees are acting & train them to be nice with customers. I will never come back to Starbucks on west 12th again. I was there at 6:30 pm on June 21 2016

This is by far my favorite location in the area. The drive-through baristas (Matthew especially!) are always super cheery and take the effort to make conversation instead of just handing you a drink and leaving you on your way. Theres also a decent amount of seating at this location, so I like to come here on nights that I feel like going out to study and get work done.

This starbucks constantly disappoints and I will no longer be patronizing it after today. Enough is enough. They have made too many mistakes and seem unable to process a basic order properly. Then, get defensive and even offensive while offering no apology when confronted with the errors. Do yourself a favor and drive to the mall to get your drinks.

I come here often, usually before or after work. Their service is lightning fast, and the baristas are super friendly. Im especially happy that Starbucks brought back the green tea lattes, since these drinks are a childhood favorite of mine. Never had any problems with this place whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Starbucks is by far my favorite local chain coffee shop. The service is consistent, fast, and friendly. Starbucks goes above and beyond expectations, including a free friendly smile with every purchase. Although the price is certainly steep, you pay for a great tasting cup of coffee

It was 39 degrees out and the AC in that Starbucks store was so low. Is this AC Making You Sick too? some customers may sue this place if they get Bronchitis because of this. Brr! It is always freezing in there! Please owner, do some thing!

Plenty of free parking, friendly, efficient baristas. Theres usually enough seating. The coffee and food are consistent with other locations. The only problem I have is that the music is very loud.
