We had the food on a previous occasion and it was good. But we had a horrible experience last night on Christmas Eve. We were picking up food for ourselves and some friends. It took several calls to get thru to place our order, so our friends thought they were closed and ordered at another nearby chinese restaurant. We went and picked up theirs first because they said on the phone it would be 45 minutes. We picked up theirs, which was ready on time. Then we went here to pick up ours. Even after driving around and picking up the other order, ours wasnt ready. We waited there another half an hour while other people came and left with their orders. Another guy had called his order in even before us and was still there. Once it had been an hour, we asked for our money back and left. Another guy who ordered his around the same time as us was leaving with his and ours wasnt even started yet. And the guy who ordered before his didnt have his yet. It was completely disorganized chaos. I understand it was busy, but it wouldnt have been as bad if it was handled better. There was even one guy who in the middle of all the business, casually leaves for a delivery with one thing. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing.

We just had the worse food I have ever ordered for take out. We got the Pu Pu Platter. It was so gross looking and smelling. Most of it was way overcooked. The beef teriyaki tasted like fish. Couldnt eat it. Two things that looked like pork chops were so over cooked I couldnt tell you what they were really. The Krab Rangoons were gross in the center. Very loose?? Not sure what it was. The ribs were over done and tough. There were two square things that I have no idea what they were. Looked like an animal not cooked in center and the outside was way over cooked. Egg roll was ok. Spring rolls couldnt tell you what was in them. They smelled bad. I spent $12.75 for crap!! Will not be going there again or recommending the place to anyone. Stay Away!! I wish I could give a minus on the stars!!

I would not even give this place ONE star. Service is horrible. Boy in the front is very rude and acts like he knows everything he is on his phone and computer the whole time you are there. Me and my friend had ordered online which was terrible as well no detail in anything we asked for lunch special and he gave us an attitude and kept hitting the computer screen with his fingers as he was getting annoyed. They finally gave us our food and turns out they gave us pork fried rice. We do not eat pork therefore we returned it to him and he gave us an attitude because we said we cannot eat it. No thank you or anything from him after. Food is the same food as other Chinese places. Nothing special!! Get new workers and some AC as well.

First it took forever to get our food. Then the driver which was a kid got lost took him forever to get here. They forgot our egg drop soup so I had to call him and he said he had to take a delivery and he would go back to the store and bring it right over. About 30 minutes later I call the store and he said the driver is on his way. Almost an hour later we finally got our soup. He said his boss made him go on 6 other deliveries. Before bringing our soup. Wont be getting our business again

Ordered at 8:16 pm and waited and waited and waited for my food to be delivered. Called them at 9:30 pm to inquire about my order and the woman on the phone says she cant speak English, laughs and hangs! I call back and she says "Manager not here, no speak English". Well, someone should be there to handle the orders and phone calls that can communicate with the customers!!!! Now I have to wait until TOMORROW to call back for a refund. Total BS!

You dont expect much customer service from a place like this but at least food to arrive on time. I ordered a good amount of food, they said would deliver it in 45 mins, I called an hour later and they said I could come pick it up or wait another 25 mins. I said, "No thanks" and gave my money to people who wanted my business. Food ok but you better plan to pick it up.

Weve been ordering delivery from here for years. Usually its good Fast food Chinese! Sometimes it can take close to 1 1/2-2 hours to get food but now that we know this we order early! If you want higher quality Chinese food and good dine in service I recommend Zom Hee on Park Blvd. But when we want to just stay in this is the place for us.

Ordered fried rice on one order, on the second order plain fried rice. When it was delivered one order was white rice and the other plain fried rice. When I called to try to fix the problem, the lady kept arguing that the order came with white rice. Thats fine but I ordered fried rice. Instead of making it right she just kept arguing.

The food here is amazing. Everything off the menu is delicious. Top notch Chinese Food. Can not rave enough, my family and I eat this once a week and delivery is very convenient. Fav. menu items: Wonton soup w/extra pork (spicy), Chicken Teriyaki app, Pork Fried Rice - The BEST!, Curry Shrimp. My son loves the sweet and sour chicken.

Garbage...ordered from them twice.and they never even sent my food, not only that they give you no warning that they are not sending it...they dont care...the owner or manager is a p.o.s on the phone and does not care about your concerns...this place is a.joke and should be shut down...

This place is terrible. Ive always loved the food, however it is so unsanitary! Uncooked chicken, ants crawling everywhere, and to make it worse my friend ate there and actually found pin worms in their food! Absolutely disgusting, wouldnt even feed this to my dog.

Horrible service, food wasnt any different than other Chinese restaurants. From the time we placed our order to when it was finally delivered...1 hour 45 min. I called twice. Not my problem if they are busy. Someone could have called to alert us of the delay.

Horrible business, will mess your order up and when you call for it to be fixed they tell you "sorry no English". Asked for fried white rice and was given yellow steamed rice. Take your money to another restaraunt because this one is a rip off

Typical Chinese drive in joint. old yellow stained signs with ants crawling on the counter. Beef Lo Mein was ok...good flavor but very little beef. Sesame chicken tasted like dish washing soap. no joke. first and last time eating here.

Put it in perspective of fast food carryout/delivery in a tourist area. This is one of my go to places for fast Chinese food. 3 to 4 times a month for years, NEVER bad food or service. Get the combos. In recently remodeled shopping center.

Much better than the other chinese takeout options in the area. Not much to look at but the food was good. The crab rangoon use a New York style recipe and are very sweet and creamy. I will order here from now on.
