I am so disappointed this establishment messed up my childs T-ball cake. I had specifically said if it cant be done please just make it a regular cake white icing that says congratulations on it but no they give me the ugliest cake ever . It is such a disappointment because I paid $22 for it I have never gotten this type of service from Publix makes me want to cry because I tried my best to give these kids an awesome party . They didnt understand why the cake looked so weird.I wish I could have uploaded the photo to this comment so you would see what Im talking about

Love the place, clean and the price are good l. Usually do my grocery at publix because the customer service but today was my 2dn day in this store and no one welcome us or ask if we found everything ok... i was pretty sure went to publix but feel like walkmart my cashier was kevin, and never look at us or talked to us. Was really bad. I hope next time i get what usually publix offer. Customer service

I stopped here yesterday omw home (I usually go to the one in St.Cloud) bc traffic was bad so i just went into this one to avoid the "traffic headache". Robyn literally gave the best customer service Ive ever had at a publix, and thats saying a lot because everyone is nice at publix.

At the Pharmacy, Im so pleased with Ms. Jennifer ODonnell, this lady is always willing to answer all the questions, in reference to our prescriptons, love her patience, knowledge and dedication. Please thank her from me again, she is the best and an asset to Publix Supermarkets.

The online sub ordering at this place sucks. I have experienced twice were the subs were not ready by the specific time.. And another time when they totally neglected doing the order period, until we mentioned something to them. Extremely disappointed with the deli department.

This is my publix of choice. Convenient, but recent road construction makes it a hassle to get there. Pricier than Walmart, but on sale items and buy one get one are always a deal. Best personnel of all other grocery stores in the area
