Hace como 4 o 5 años atras...la atención el servicio y los preciosno eran exagerados...desde hace poco tiempo acá el servicio pésimo a nadie le importas como clientes...la comida muy mala apariencia y los precios exageradamente alto para el servicio que dan...el personal no tiene esa buena atención con el cliente...le importa muy poco sin reconocer que si nosotros como clientes no compramos ustedes tampoco ganan...sale mejor ir unas millas más abajo a la vuelta de la esquina...melao, buenos precios, excelente servicio al cliente y cómoda apetecible...es lamentable pq sol de borinquen fue una excelente panaderia triste q todo haya cambiado

Awful service!!!!!. Ordene una tostada con queso y me la dieron sin tostar le pregunté que la quería tostada y la empleada me dijo que la plancha estaba apagada por órdenes del mánager. Al parecer la plancha es más importante que el Customer pero bueno. Lo que es bajo y me enca......a es que venden el producto pu....ta no lo venda si no van a dar el servicio correcto no vuelvo, a la mierda este lugar.

Tenía un antojito Boricua y busque en Google por panaderías cercanas a mí y apareció esta. Tengo que dejar un review positivo por qué definitivamente la comida es riquísima y la atención excelente. Muchas gracias a Wanda y a Yadira por su excelente atención!

Excelente comida latina, muy buenas porciones con un sabor inigualable. Pude hacer una orlden online y cuando fui estaba lista y caliente. Los postres siempre estan frescos y con una muy buena variedad. Excelente Panaderia en Kissimmee.

I love the food, the soup pastries everything is delicious. La comida riquísima, las costillas , las sopas ni se diga yummy, los quesito rico ojo. Yo vivo en Pinellas County y viajamos 2 oh 3 veces al mes para alla.

The ladies that cooked the sandwhiches today were too slow. They were talking more than they were making the food. The sandwhich i got didnt seem like the one i always eat here. The service was bad they had an attitude with the customers. If the women that are there are going to make the sandwhiches they should at least learn how to do it. I didnt even eat the sandwhich that i ordered. I just threw it away. Waste of money.

I have being 4 times here , I have waited so long in line i end up leaving twice... Today I was here 10:40 am finally order at 10:59, Now is 11:27 and i do not got my food yet terrible waiting time... first time i came with hubby a day in the week and it was like 20 min wait it was not bad... The food taste is great... But very disorganized , to order a single item you will need to wait forever...

Mi gente Boricua/Hispana/Gringos, OLD PASTRIES THAT SIT THERE UNTIL THEY ARE SOLD. Weve bought pastelillos de guayaba twice and they are OLD, HARD, DRY, and FLAVORLESS. The employees appear as if they hate working there, they ignore and look at the customers like theyve arrived to waste their time. The best hing they have is the coffee and their food is decent.

Can be slow but the food is good and the prices are right. Edit 2 stars from 4- 8/10/2017 Had to wait 40 minutes for a sandwich. Staff is too consumed processing orders on the computer that they dont have enough people on food prep. Dont bother going if you are on a time cruch.

Waited 30+ minutes for my food and got terrible attitude from the ladies who work there. Awful customer service. When I finally got my food it was because I went up to the counter to ask for it. It was cold and burnt. Huge disappointment.

FABULOUS! $60 4 people ate breakfast and then took out pastries and sandwiches for 2 additional meals later in the day. Large cappuccino topped with whipped cream and cinnamon is amazing.
