Will not be returning to this store again even tho it is closer to my home. Poor customer service in the deli department. Today I went in to order a sub and was only one at the counter where they the subs. One associate was helping a gentleman in the hot food section, two ladies working in the deli and another walked to back. After the associate who was helping the gentleman in the hot food section was finished he looked at me said nothing and proceeded to back area. He stopped and said something to the lady you had previously walked to the back and indicted I was our front she looked out then turned around and headed into another part of the back. Needless to say I left went to customer service and told them what happened then suggested they train their associates on customer service like the other Publix. Fifteen minutes later iveas at a different Publix ordering my delicouis sub.

When in Florida i always look for a Publix, and this one did not disappoint, i got my fried chicken, and key lime pie. Store is a little higher priced than other Publix, however, i am sure that is due to the location. But, it is just as i have come to know Publix,.. clean, well stocked, friendly employees.

When l hear someone say that Publix is higher in price...l say" for a few cents on maybe a few items, l will gladly take that for the cleanliness, prompt and friendly service in a store that you can navigate with ease and be treated like you care that l shop in your store."

This is now my favorite grocery store! Everyone is super nice their produce is always fresh. I hate when the deli is cooking their fried chicken it makes my kids and me so hungry I buy 2 boxes!!!
