A wonderful neighborhood market. If you love the Willow Tree Cafe, you dont want to miss this gem around the corner. I shop here for staple items, such as heavy cream, milk, butter, apples, lemons, potatoes, bread, etc. Its a great place for week day lunch items, with an incredible variety of house made cold cuts and imported salamis and headcheese. Theres a great variety of cheeses, and everything is sliced to order, deli style. Its also so convenient to pick up a great bottle of imported wine (at a great price too...I can get my favorite dry riesling there for $12 a bottle!) or even a make-your-own 6-pack of German beer. They have a few cuts of meat available for purchase, including a killer pork loin. Love the DIY schnitzel kits!

We stopped in after eating at the Hollerbach German restaurant. This reminds me of when I was a kid and my mom used to take me into Mr. Dunderbaks in the mall. I ordered several different meats and cheeses from the deli including bratwurst... its all been very very good. I had no problems with the service... both of the workers were very nice and knowledgeable. I ended up buying all sorts of things off the shelves as well. Nothing was expired like someone posted earlier. I saw no evidence of that at all. Great place... would make the two hour drive to Sanford just for dinner at Hollerbachs and a visit to their Market. Nice little downtown area.

Great food, but kind of too expensive considering their service is slow. I orderd a pretty simple sandwich and stood there for 15 minutes. I had ordered my sandwich with a pretzel roll. It was the last pretzel roll. By the time the employee had finished taking my order and sliced the wrong meat, another employee had already sold the pretzel roll. Since their stores management changed I am disappointed. I watched a customer ask for a product and the employees answer was rude and blunt. I really enjoyed this place before. I might be back if other employees happen to be there.

Good sandwich- the meat and cheese were great, the bread super dry. absolute worst service- A male and female employee were very disrespectful and rude to my boyfriend and I. I own and operate two companies Ive started up, if any of my employees treated my customers the way I was treated this past weekend by the deli sandwich makers – you can bet they would no longer have a job. Horrible representation of employees thats job description revolves around customer service.

came in to shop there last week. Almost everything i picked up was expired. Please be aware when you shop there and look at date. Even my Soda was expired. When I told the staff, he and she just shrugged their shoulders and seemed bothered. And as far as I believe one of them was the owner...

Orlando needs more places like this market. There is the very good bread stand, and the lady that sells great Italian food. The Basque restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, it is good, but not very authentic. My only gripe is that it is kind of small and parking can be a pain.
