I am so unbelievably dissatisfied with the service Ive just received. I ordered a regular hamburger, as well as the "Oh My Chocolate Concrete." Ive ordered this shake before, and, although I know this isnt the type of shake someone can use a straw with, I know it also should not be a block of ice. It looked like someone threw it in a -30 degree freezer for an hour, and then tried to serve it to me (which, from my conversation with the manager, is probably what happened). So, the manager and I went back and forth for about 10 minutes, in which case she told me I was wrong on numerous occasions. She explained to me that this is their process; Delivery Dudes places the order, and they freeze the shake in the meantime. Thats fine, but when I have an inedible block of chocolate ice, how am I supposed to be pleased? Still wanting my shake, I asked if she could pay for the new one, on top of the delivery charge. Delivery dudes charges $5+$2(for charging my credit card). She said shed only be willing to pay for the new shake and "not to blame her if it comes to me melted, because she warned me about why they have to freeze the shakes". So, now I have to pay an additional $7 for an order Ive already spent $23. Not to mention the fact that after the matter, when looking at my receipt, the order was placed for a mini shake. The mini shake isnt even on Delivery Dudes website, so I would love to know how this came about. Overall, I can say I will never come back to this location.

Went to Burgerfi yesterday for the first time. Ate a Burgerfi burger and fries The service was good, the outdoor seating was pleasant, the beer on offer was a plus. The beef is billed as Angus, but it was not up to the quality of the few McDonalds Angus burgers I had when they were on the menu.(Those were fried). I know: different setting, different experience,beer on offer. But the bottom line is the quality of the burger ,right ? They are not set up for it, but long-term viability demands that they install gas grills and grill the burgers,not fry them. That fried taste was off, and a sauce isnt going to fix it. Gas grilling will create a competitive advantage and justify the almost $6 price for that burger. The fries, as is true almost anywhere, dont come close to McDs. Otherwise, I liked the operation. One more thing: get rid of those medieval torture instruments disguised as indoor chairs.

Horrible...very bad place. Had to do a review ....On top of having bad service with not having my sandwich oder made correctly 3 times....and of course the waiting and inconvenience....this city place location of Burger Fi allowed a customer to bring in an puppy husky (animal/dog) to the counter where food was being served. It wasnt until I complained that any of the staff asked the customer to take the animal outside. They actually waited on the customer at the counter with the animal there on the counter ...not on the floor. This is just unacceptable for any food establishment. Big mistake Bugerfi!

Burger was just awesome! Had been in Jamaica for 8 days and stopped in West Palm before heading home and just wanted some regular food..lol! This burger was what we needed! We will be back! The half basket with fries and onion rings is the best way to go if you have tried them before. My husband and I couldnt finish the whole basket. He had the summer special burger and I had the bacon cheeseburger; i would get regular mayo versus the special sauce that comes on it because it reminds me too much of thousand island.

Can anyone please explain why this MORON miguelazo808 is comparing this restaurant to McDonalds in the sense that McDonalds is superb??? WHAT A COMPLETE UNCULTURED TASTELESS FOOL! Burgerfi has great, fresh, hardy, real product done well! All these burger places popping up just dont compete... I loved getting a big old box of french fries and burgers and laying out by the beach in Delray... I just had to comment on that loser... As far as a review... burgerfi wont let you down! worth trying!

Went a few years back service was horible food was mediocre and when I went to complain about the food and how long it took theme to prepare it, I offered a refund wich would have soloved my problem. The sneaky bastards then snuck the charges back on my card a few months later. Suffice it to say I will never do business with such a dishonest company again even giving them the benifit of the doubt about food/service.

I usually come here when Im on my lunch break at Diva Duck. The staff is very friendly and the burgers are always top notch. Im glad to see Burgerfi expanding their menu to include chicken and vegetarian options. The food is prepared quickly but slow enough to come out well prepared and they always appear happy when they come out. Its great to enjoy a good meal when the staff is happy too.

I came here because it was highly recommended by some friends. I ordered a burger, some fries and a drink. The soda was very good and I enjoyed the fries however the burger was so greasy I couldnt believe it. The bun was dripping. It has been 24 hours and I still feel ill. Sorry, I do not recommend BurgerFi!

This Place is I Believe Home of the Hamburger. The Hamburgers are Amazing and their Burger Sauce is unbelievably. And, The Amount of French Fries they give u are just again Amazing and the Service is also Amazing. And, The Food is Always hot. Great food and great service. U just cant beat it. Unbelievably!!!.

My boyfriend and I come here often. I always get the quinoa burger which is so good and bf gets the breakfast all day burger. We love this place. The staff is friendly, food is delicious and once when our fries were undercooked they took them back happily and gave us perfectly cooked fries

Good food and great atmosphere. Price is reasonable for the quality. However, this BurgerFi has to KEEP THEIR OUTDOOR FURNITURE IN CHECK. Its usually all over the place and blocks the pathway which can be busy as times. Will update my review once that situation clears up.

Very good location (I mean this specific branch). Excellent service, great atmosphere, and great "location" as well. City Place is a nice place to be and if youre hungry and want some really good burgers, hot dogs or chicken sandwiches - this is the place to go...

Great tasting burgers, comically small though. I dont mind paying $10 or even $20 for a burger, knowing its a quality meal but burgerfis burgers arent filling. Id rather pay a little more for an adult sized burger

The burger was excellent and the staff was very nice. Im singing one star for the cost. I got a burger only and a drink and it cost me $11. For that price I would have expected some fries or at least some chips
