Four of us decided to stop in for a treat of ice cream. When we arrived it was fairly empty. We started to place our order and we asked where were the toppings on the menu above. The cashier tried to tell us what they have, but none of us could hear nor understand what she was rambling off so we just ordered plain custard in a cup. She gave us a beeper and we sat down. After which seemed forever, about 25 minutes+, still the beeper didnt go off two of us got up and asked why we didnt get our ice cream yet. Thats when the blame game with the employees started. No one seemed to know behind the counter what was going on. Then one of them finally opened the freezer and there were the cups that someone had made and put in there. One guy pulled them out, then put them back in the freezer. We couldnt hear what they were arguing with each other about so I said aloud, how long does it take to draw ice cream in a cup. Another employee finally went back into the freezer and gave us the same 3 cups. Yes I said 3, because they didnt make the fourth cup. I asked for a manager and two of them said they were managers. The one manager behind the counter offered an apology and a gift card, BUT the manager walked away, and he pushed doing the gift card onto another employee that had no idea how to add value on a gift card. While the guy was trying to figure out how to do the gift card, he stopped doing it and started arguing with another employee behind the counter about making another customer a shake. The two kept going back and forth arguing of not wanting to make it or finish what each was doing. Finally another cashier said to the guy trying to figure out the gift card...finish with this customer. What was supposed to be the end of a nice evening out, soured our evening. Id hate to see any business close, and no one is that big where it cant happen. The owner needs to get in there and straighten management out. It always falls back onto management. At one point there were more employees behind the counter than guests. After all this location used to be a very mismanaged burger king...

This was my first time in this location. It was a handy place to cool off and fuel up after sweating through the crafts festival. As usual, the restaurant was very clean. There wasnt any line, so the staff was quick and efficient in taking our orders. I went for a build it yourself double burger with caramelized onions and a combination of sauces. I was sharing both French fries and onion rings with a couple of other members of our party. It was only about 5 min. until our buzzer went off and we went to grab our tray. First, I went for a fry. The fries here are very good, by far better than most chains. Skin on, they are cut about 3/8 in. and perfectly sizzled and seasoned. The onion rings were huge and crispy, but were oddly short of onion flavor. Next, I tried a bite of my burger. The first bite was nice and hot, as expected from a freshly fried patty and the meat was very juicy. The meat was thicker than it had been at other locations. Had I known that, I would have ordered a single instead of a double. It needed salt, which I added, but I couldnt really taste any of the add-ons. I figured it was just because they sometimes dont get spread to the edges of the sandwich. So, I went for another bite. This bite was HOT, I need bigger font here!! It was so HOT that I burned the roof of my mouth, at least it wasnt too much of a burn and left only a small skin flap (no, Im not kidding), hanging from the roof palate. After drinking some ice water and opening the sandwich to expose the steaming beef to some cool air, I tried again. Still there was little to be found in the way of onions and sauces over the rest of the patty. Overall, the food was middle of the line. If I ever go back, I will order extra sauces on the side and let my burger come to something less than molten lava temperature before I take a bite.

My boyfriend and I went there for the first time, and were nervous at first because all the recent burger joints wed gone to had left us feeling bloated and nauseous. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the burgers werent greasy at all and had extremely fresh ingredients on them! They tasted amazing and werent that expensive either. We ordered banana milkshakes to go with them and they had whip cream and sprinkles on top which just added to how good it was overall. The atmosphere is really good and everything is so clean there that it shines. I love the nice oldies tunes they were playing there while we ate; it was a nice change from what most places tend to play. The staff were friendly and there really wasnt a wait to get our food, which is a great plus for people with children ect. Its also a block or so from the beach so its not too far to walk to get a nice meal after a day at the beach! I highly recommend this place.

I was honestly very hesitant to visit this spot. I am not usually very interested in going to chains when I am on vacation -- I try to stick to more local joints. After visiting all of the other restaurants in the area and after a lot of prodding from my boyfriend I decided to give BurgerFi a shot. I ordered the Urban Fries, and some frozen custard and obviously stole a few bites of my boyfriends burger and his cheese fries. It was all REALLY good -- I was shocked and honestly sad that we hadnt tried it earlier in the week. The quality of the food and the prices are honestly much better or comparable to other local places in the area. I would definitely recommend this spot as a place to try while in Lauderdale by the Sea and you HAVE to order the Urban fries -- they are AWESOME!

This is my favorite burger joint in Fort Lauderdale! I love the meat in their burgers. The fries and onion rings are great as well. They have one of those fancy touch screen coke machines you can get a million flavors of soft drinks out of. I usually go for a beer though. This is the only "fast food" burger joint I have been to that you can get a beer or some wine. They usually have something good on tap and if not they have a wide selection in bottles. The ice cream they make is also very good. I usually get a couple of double cheese burgers with no bun and are large fry with sea salt. This is also a great location you are right next to the beach and the pier. If you are in the are I recommend you give them a try.

I just walked away from BurgerFi which is actually my favorite place to eat a Borger, and I had to stop to se the manager (Geneva) and ready had to thank her. I told her: I. Come to this place at least once a month to eat a good burger, and I algo s leave satisfied, but today, I dont know who made it this time, but it was so so good! I devore it and left so excited I needed to share this with the world. Great people there too, even, when I was placing the order, the girl who took it had a smile at all times, and that, now united with the best burger ever, leaves me feeling extra special. Thank you so much! And everyone out there, you should not look anywhere else for burgers, but here :)
