My 8 year old step son and I had lunch here on, Monday, August 18th 2014. Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess was very friendly. She seated us in a small booth in the back and told us "Sam" would be taking care of us. We were facing a bussing station, overflowing with dirty glasses, etc... The restaurant was pretty empty. We waited roughly 10 minutes before "Sam" showed up. She was friendly. We ordered everything at that time. We prob. waited another 20 minutes for our food. There was a booth directly behind us (2 people) and they got their food before us. Our food came out. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger and it had 6 Mushrooms on it and 1 slice of Cheese. My Stepson ordered Mac n Cheese and Apples and it was COOL. I literally put my finger in his food! I wanted to send his back, but he insisted it was okay and wasnt "too cold to eat!" Weve never been to this location. We always go to Red Robin at Trinity Point in Washington, Pa and NEVER have issues with our food. The restaurant just didnt look clean. When we finished eating, "Sam" returned asking if we needed anything? I asked for our check. We went to the bathroom on our way out, the bottom half of the ladies room door was MISSING and you could see into the restroom! The restroom was FILTHY! We will not return to this location. I was really surprised to find this at the South Hills location.

Absolute worst customer service of any Red Robin that Ive ever visited. Stood at bar waiting to order for nearly fifteen minutes, in the middle of the day, on a weekday. After a server finally takes my order, I tell her that while Im waiting Im going to go grab a coffee at Starbucks. She responds that outside beverages are not permitted. I immediately had her cancel the order, walked out and simply grabbed a burger at their (much friendlier) competitor just a few yards away. Very customer-hostile policy. Huge turn-off to tell a paying customer that they cant drink a $1 Starbucks coffee while eating a $25+ meal. Red Robin just lost a customer for life.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Waited for an hour when they said we would be seated in 20 minutes. The hostess was rude and not friendly at all. The waitress was sassy and unaccommodating. One of the members in my party of 5 asked to order a shake and she simply said "no shakes today" with no further explanation, seemed like she was just being lazy. Food is like every Red Robin, pretty average... Overall I would rate my experience not even deserving of 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Worst experience ever. Service was very poor. Took forever to get our food and when it finally came out they gave a regular bun instead of a gluten free bun on one of the meals. This is the 3rd time its happened at this restaurant could of ended up in the hospital. Trying to talk to the waitress about poor service and she walked away. Wont go back anytime soon.

Went out for a late bite to eat..food was great,server was excellent. I Substituted a veggie burger for a regular burger and it was fantastic. My only complaint was the parmesan garlic fries seemed a lot rushed and thin on the ingredients. I normally eat at the Waterfront location and there was a noticeable quality difference.

Currently have a missing object that should be found now 5 hours later. Hopefully they find my lost object but really it shouldnt be that hard with security cameras inside. Would take no more than 10 minutes. Currently I personally feel the staff has stolen it and wont get it back. Gonna complain tomorrow again.

All kinds of burgers, sandwiches, and other stuff. Its a popular location which leads to delays and an attitude of not caring much on the part of the staff. For instance, we were initially given a completely rusted fork. Then, when we asked for a knife, we were given a plastic one????

Recent renovation improved the decor (slightly). The new tablets at each table are an interesting concept, but confusing and prone to breaking. The pay-to-play game concept is silly; games should be free.

Kind of a mix between a fast food place and a restaurant, but the burgers are always a good deal. Unlimited fries are also amazing as you will never leave without being full.
