Excellent food quality! Excellent kitchen staff! Been a guest there 20 times already! Always hot and fresh and Ive never felt sick afterwards ! ( which is a big thing for us!) But the one area that you should have your management and your Cashiers and your Frontline people focus on is you have to WOW the guests when they walk in the door with a hello, how you doing, hows everything going and you have to WOW the guests when theyre walking out the door, was everything great and make sure you tell them youll see them tomorrow so that the guest feels a personal connection to not only the food but also to the service and the hospitality and thats what brings the guests back folks ! Your Brand is great and you need to push the hospitality and be more outgoing! Great job! P.s. One young white man is always very nice very outgoing / cashier.

Went on a saturday afternoon to try this burger joint and the place was full of families with kids. Nonetheless, the line moved quickly as they had two cashiers. The single burger with fries and drink costs 7 something and the same burger with a double pattie, 1 dollar more, which was surprising as I had been to five guys and spent around 11 dollars for a burger and fries and no drink. To add cheese is a dollar more, so my total for a number 2 meal (double pattie burger, fries and drink) was 9.42. Burger was very tasty, and would definitely come back for more. For the price and taste, 5 stars. Only complaint I have is that the facility is fairly new, and yet the mens bathroom can only hold one person at a time. Bad design, specially when the facility is crowded full of kids and somebody wants to go to the bathroom.

Do not go here! When I first heard about this place I was really excited about it and had visited several times. I thought it was an okay gourmet, burger joint, that is until yesterday when I saw THE most disgusting thing in the kitchen. There were three line prep people touching the food with their bare hands, NO GLOVES. I looked around and saw that the gloves were sitting right on top of the counter and NOBODY was using them. I watched a lady clean her hands on a dirty rag, that God knows what had been cleaned with it, and go right back and touch someones burger again. This is FOOD 101 people! Theyre definitly cross-contaminating at this restaurant and I dont recommend you go here unless you want to end up really sick to your stomach. Such a shame...

Although they only have a small selection on their menu, everything is custom ordered, from the bread to the toppings. The grill and food prep area is open to the public, which ensures a clean area and serious staff. (I have worked in many restaurants and have been horrified by the kitchen staff! Everything from goofing off, to picking things up off the floor, to microwaving burgers and even steaks when busy!!!!) My only complaint is that the first two times I went here I was not at all happy with my order. A double cheeseburger once had one rare and one overcooked until black patty. A chicken sandwich that they cut in half failed to have any chicken on one half. I tried a 3rd time though and have been happy since!

Ill go back. The burger itself ( Char #1 combo) was the weakest link. It comes with mayo, lettuce, tomato & grilled onion but, even after adding ketchup, was bland. Next time Ill ask about other sauces available. Lettuce was especially tasteless. The fries were decent, not great. I was glad to see they have Mr Pibb among their coke product offerings. Many places have no Dr Pepper type drink unless they offer Pepsi products. My wife is a very picky, clean water. Everything as fresh and natural as possible. She enjoyed her Super Food salad with an ahi tuna substitution for .50 extra. We both ate for under $20. Thats a special treat with her style of eating. $50-$70 is more common.

That had to be the worst burger I have ever had. The only thought I had reminded me of the age-old commercial of "wheres the beef?" The cheese was cold and not melted at all and the meet was so dry. Between my burger and my sons burger that he picked at because it was awful and my husbands salad that had no quinoa that he thought the menu listed was the the best part od the meal was the Breen beans. I cant imagine us ever going to a habit burger again. There is no comparison to a habit burger to the other chains that I have seen it compared to such as in N out or Five Guys. I cannot imagine us ever going to a habit burger again after the meal we just wasted our money on.

Habit burger has a good reputation for having the best gourmet burgers to can eat. For this location I have only eaten here twice, and I cant say that my experience with the food and service has been all that great. For starters the burgers are great thats for darn sure, but the fries were overly salty each time, and when I asked the manager why it was so, his response was "to bring out the flavor with the burgers"..... not true. The service was traditionally okay, but could be better, they were just a little lazy but friendly. Overall, okay for food quality and service, theres potential for improvement.

The Habit Burger Grill was very satisfying in many ways. I am picky about my burger places, and this place is one of my new favorites, it wasnt too loud inside either. The staff was wonderful, the food was great, the wait wasnt too long, the restaurant was clean and modern but still calm with a great overall atmosphere for a burger joint. In my opinion, I would definitely give them a try, however, keep in mind that it is also not the cheapest place in town. The hamburgers range from like $3.50 to $8.00, but they are ALL very big burgers.

Arrived at 4:15 and had the pleasure of being greeted by Alex at the front. He was very sincere and completed my transaction asking how I would like my burger. I read reviews before I came and found that cheese is listed on the reciept, so if you think the burger may have been ordered without cheese, it will say on the reciept what you ordered. Bathrooms were clean and soda and condiments were fully stocked. Freshly made strawberry limeade pours slowly however Alex took notice and was able to fill my cup from extra they had.

Where should I begin? Cashiers cannot understand simple orders. We ALL ordered cheese on our burgers. They missed one. When asked to correct it, the staff was rude. For fifty cents, they lost potential future customers. "The customer is always right" obviously does not apply here. Needless to say, the burgers were mediocre, the staff was unfriendly, management couldnt manage a pencil sharpener even if it were electric. We wont be going back. McDonalds, those golden arches are looking better by the second!

The nuggets and fries were a little too well done. My son said his burger tasted funny. I tasted it and it tasted like onions even though no onions were on the burger. I was generally disappointed in my hamburger as well since it looked and tasted like an overpriced Burger King burger. The staff was nice and it was clean so we may go back to try their shakes in the future, but definitely not the hamburgers, nuggets or fries.
