I absolutely love calzones and am not that choosy when it comes to pizza or calzones as I do eat from Dominos and I like it, however this place is gross. My boyfriend and I each got a calzone and I forced myself to eat it since I had spent the money, he just couldnt and threw it out. WHO THROWS OUT A CALZONE..lol, that says something in itself. How do you mess up something made out of sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and dough?..Id rather stay home and eat mozzerella and bottled sauce then ever go here for a calzone again. It just didnt taste fresh, pepperoni was terrible, and the cheese had the consistency of gum..P.S. I never write reviews on places but I just felt compelled to warn people not to waste their money.

Worst customer service Ive received in my life. Not even in the getto you get this kind of treatment.The guy who took my order charged me inmediately. And when I looked to the side the pizza was already serve COLD!!!!! they didnt even bother to heat it up. And when I said something he just ignored me. Not to mentioned the slices are pretty expensive for the kind of quality food it is. A slice is almost $4.00 and the pie its $16.00 which brings 8 slices does that even makes any sense. Horrible service wouldnt recommend it to anybody.

Horrible service! The guy that was at the register charged us and took the money and then went directly to the kitchen to make our pizza WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!!!!!!!!!!! That was so gross! Plus they had a sign outside that said "Calzones: $5.99" and went inside to order one and at the menu said "$6.99" I talked with the manager about it and he said he was sorry but the price was $6.99!!! I mean wtf! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! People dont waste your money on gas coming here!

Been eating here for many years since I spend a lot of time in Celebration. Really good food, good service, and great reputation in the community. Walked over on my wedding day at the Bohemian to grab a slice and enjoy the outdoor seating taking in the peaceful sights and sounds of Market Street. You can have Pizza Press, Ill stay with the guys who have been serving the locals for many years, Upper Crust!

I use to love going to Upper Crust Pizza Cafe, the pizza is amazing and the staff was a there to help, but I cant say I do any more. The new staff seem to be bothered when you go there, it is almost like you are interrupting their down time. These young ladies are going to cause the owner to loose business. I can say he has lost mine and it is a shame s I really love the Salads and pizzs

Last 2 pizza I purchased were burned on the bottom. The high prices charged do not reflect a better quality. They are now about the same as the chain places. I assume they do good on tourist who will not be replete customers. I have eaten here for the last few years but quality control has gone south so will find another place. Hope they go out or someone takes over that can do better.

Food is good. But the menu says 1 slice of pizza is 3$ but they charge more. The tax rate for the area is 7% so the total should have been $6.42 for 2 slices but they charged over $1.50 extra totaling the bill to 8$. He then proceeded to take a dollar out of the cash register to put it in the tip jar and then thank me. Slimy business practices here. Beware.

Pizza was ok, just ok. Better than the other choices in the area. Service is like a circus. Bit expensive but I can only imagine what there rent must be. The workers are very friendly but a bit coo-coo. The delivery guy that came last time to house we were working at was a space cadet. Covered in tattoos and piercings. Wow where did they did him up!

One of the better pizza places around. Pizzas are tasty, the ingredients seemed pretty fresh, the crust can be a little bit crispy sometimes but havent been too bad or burnt for us. Prices are reasonable, and they crank out the pizzas pretty quickly even when theyre really busy. Better than pretty much every pizza place on nearby rt192.

It is a bit over priced I think, but thats more the area. The cheese tastes phenomenal and the crust was not too thin but enough that complimented the overall taste. Some more vegetables would have soaked up the grease, but it wasnt overly greasy and gross. Overall I would recommend this place for pizza! They deliver free over $14.

I tried the Margarita pizza which was very good. I have been coming here for years and I just wish their crust had some flavor. It is very dry with no taste. If they cut in some butter into the dough or olive oil it will give the dough flavor. The service was excellent very welcoming and friendly.

Good pizza, but, as another reviewer noted, rude service - mainly the person who was at the counter taking orders. Very cocky. He must be the owners son or something because any business owner would not keep someone around interfacing with the customer with the attitude this guy exudes.

The food is good and the wings are the best, but I have witnessed their customer service skills dramatically drop in the past 6 months. I try to look past that during my brief visits to pick up to-go orders. Edit: New Staff, better customer service. Review increased to 5 stars.

If youre traveling in Celebration and need quick bite to eat you can do that at Upper Crust Pizza. The times Ive been there the owner has taken care of me. They have daily specials and although there is no inside seating you can sit out in the front patio. Nice experience.

For a local pizza place the price is not as bad as you would think. Also the food is totally worth it. I love the pizza there and have never had a bad pie. Its my favorite pizza place for a delicious traditional pizza. Always delicious and never disappoints!

its nearly impossible to prepare a HAND TOSSED pizza with gloves. Dont forget, your pizza is getting baked at 500+ degrees. The chances of getting sick from a fresh hand tossed pizza cooked the full 7-8 minutes is none. The pizza here rocks.

We got the white pizza which was delicious! Service was very friendly and attentive, even though they were incredibly busy. Prices were reasonable, and they have some nice outdoor seating available for casual dining.

My favorite pizza ever! The Diego is my go to slice. I bring family and friends any time they visit Orlando and no one has ever been disappointed! A hidden gem! A bit on the pricier side, but always incredible pizza!

Its pizza, what more could you expect. The style here favors folding as it is rather floppy. Lots of people at play outside, as it is a local hang out, expect skateboarding and basketballs bouncing, plenty of youth.

Pizza here is the best in the area (and its not overpriced!). Employees are helpful and friendly. My only gripe would be the lack of seating, but theres nothing they can do to remedy this.

Small, but a good pizza establishment. A prime location to have a seat and rendezvous with celebrations rebellious minor population, while enjoying quality pizza and SWEDISH FISH!
