Went to Tropical Smoothie to enjoy a nice healthy dinner one evening. My friend went inside to order while I stayed outside on the sidewalk with my dog. I know dogs are not allowed in restaurants so I had no thoughts of bringing him in. My friend ordered, and we sat outside while the food was prepared and brought to us. The server was very friendly to us and commented on how nice our dog was. We sat and relaxed and enjoyed our meal. After cleaning our table we turned to leave when someone came running in from the parking lot and yelled at us: "unless that dog is a service dog I cannot have it here, not even outside. Its a health code violation, I cant allow dogs here." No pleasantries, no thanks for your patronage. Just berating us like we were supposed to know dogs arent allowed outside of the restaurant, because, after all, dogs are much dirtier than all the birds that poop and bugs/lizards that crawl around outside in Florida...even outside Tropical Smoothie! So a few things at play here: #1 there is no sign that says no dogs allowed outside, #2 we were served without mention dogs arent allowed outside, and #3 it was a very nasty way to be told such a ludicrous rule was in existence (and judging by the way dogs are welcome at finer dining establishment outdoor areas, it isnt). So Claudia Montoya, thank you for treating us with such great disrespect. I look forward to communicating with corporate about it.

Went in to get a smoothie with my sister and Cici the employee working at the time made our smoothies and after tasting mine it tasted horrible. The product was really bad and I was surprised because I go to tropical smoothie all the time. I asked Cici to make another one for me this time with brown sugar so she snatched it out of my hands and proceeded to make another smoothie. She gave it back to me with such an attitude, I tasted it again and again it tasted horrible but this time half full and liquidity. I asked her if she had taken the original smoothie and added the sugar. She said yes and I was shocked. She had just taken my smoothie that I contaminated, put it in the blender and just put sugar rather than fixing the problem. I asked if she could make me a new one and she said no. She cant throw product away. And cant give my money back. I am in utter disbelief. This is the first time I have ever heard this from any company. She gave such a nasty attitude that added to the distaste and in the end I had no smoothie, no money back and a horrible horrible experience. Never going to a tropical smoothie ever again!! Starbucks was right next door with excellent customer service so Im taking my money over there where it is well spent. Avoid this location at all costs. The cafe is always full of fruit flies, the lettuce is wilted and/or rotten, the meat is fatty and the smoothies have no flavor. I think the owners try to cut back on product in order to make more of a profit. When you complain they seriously dont care and rarely offer to make it right. I frequent Tropical Smoothie Cafes on a weekly basis and this is the worst location I have ever been to - without a doubt.

The food is good but the service is lousy. Ive order the junior chicken Cesar salad before with no trouble. Maybe it was a new crew, but when I try to order today they said they dont make it and on their menu it is still on there. I would appreciate a menu change to let the consumer know.

Wait in a line forever. Cashier is very slow. No technology to relay orders to back of house. Have to verbally correct and call them out after each order. Was in a line of 4 people and it took over 20 mins just to order. When I got my smoothie it wasnt even filled up all the way.

Amazing food even better smoothies and the staff and management are incredibly friendly .... i was lucky enough to meet the manager/owner her name was claudia and she seemed very committed to the happiness of each and every guest she came in contact with ... this is a must try.

I always order the acai berry boost, last time I thought this doesnt taste the same, hummm, maybe they left out an ingredient. I tried it again today, nope they changed it, not good, not sweet at all, no flavor what so ever! Blah...

Went to location at kissimmee loop on 8/13/2017. Girl at counter told me they did not accept $100.00 bills. I told her there was nothing posted and walked out. I think a sign should be posted for future customers to avoid problems.

I came here with a friend and he ordered me a large peanut butter, banana, and chia seed shake. It was very delicious! A bit pricy for my wallet but if you have the extra money, then go for it.

Im here probably 2-3 days of the week. Their smoothies are the best, the breakfast wraps are full of flavor! Take advantage of their happy hour 50% off smoothies anytime before 10am on weekdays.

I only come to this place obviously because they have good smoothies. If I can at all help it, i would drive the extra 20 minutes to the next location. Their customer service here is horrible.
