The service was pretty crappy from the moment I walked in but things turned around once the improv comedy started. Then the standup comedy started right after. Some people may find them funny and may like the place but I was actually offended which is very rare for me but it happened. I think the only reason I give this place any stars at all is because the improv was not bad and they carry Guinness although I will never return. The Volstead is a much better atmosphere. So I cant do multiple reviews on this place so I will just add to this one. I have been to this place multiple times now and although the service is a little shifty they do have a nice vibe. Its hard to explain why now I like this place but I will continue going here for improv on Friday nights. Maybe they read this or actually pay attn to their patrons because now when I walk in Im asked if I want the usual, which is Guinness, I say yes and my taste buds are happy. Still not able to give this place 5 stars but 4 is much better than the 2 before.

This place is off the chains! Great workers, awesome coffee, great atmosphere and great hookah flavors! This place ia very retro so it has that personal feel to it with classic old games of the NES. They also have out door seating for patrons and other guess to enjoy the nice quite night or inside for special events that happen on the daily. This place was a very amazing experience for me and definitely recommend for those who are looking to chill out or party down in small groups.

Me and my buddy Chris went there a few months ago and I absolutely loved it it was a super good time and José our bartender really cool guy great service arcade games brought me back to my childhood open mic awesome hookah flavors it was definitely a place that I see myself going back to again next time Im in Jacksonville!!! And super conveniently enough right next-door to Bay Street bar and Grill great location

Warm and very friendly. I enjoyed a few rounds of poker and good conversation. the owner make sure to talk to everyone, and that everyones needs were being met. my hookah was spot-on, wonderful flavor, and was very smooth. I ordered two of their "crack" drinks (I dont remember the real name) they were amazingly delicious. everything I ordered, including the hookah, was delivered very quickly.

Fantastic place to hang out! Excellent staff and great beer prices. Did I mention they have a full service coffee bar as well? Also stand up comedy every Thursday night, as well as live musical entertainment. I cant say enough good things about the place. What are you waiting for? GO THERE NOW!! Tell em Dirty Dan sent you!!

Loved this place such a fun atmosphere. They had a live "rock band" lol. Every part of this bar has something to do or look at. Bartenders were friendly and fast. The only reason its not getting a 5 star is due to they dont serve liquor but I would still recommend checking this place out.

The owner gave out my information to thousands of people after I asked for an event making fun of transgender people be taken down. She then twisted the story and now I get threats and I can not go outside. I will be contacting the authorities and hopefully this place will be shut down.

This place is awesome. Real whole in the wall bar. They have a lot of options on draft and a mystery beer of the day that is on sale. They also have a lot of events like karaoke and comedy nights.
