Took a take out order around 9:00 PM on Monday march 13, 2017 and since this place is supposed to be really good with their shepherds pie that my mom made a hell of a lot better shepherds pie then what I ate it seem like it was chili mix the potatoes already called when they told me to take 15 minutes for to be made any potatoes already somewhat cold and A less four minutes later the whole plate was lukewarm for the take out tray the black part of it the tray was hot but the food itself seem like it was lukewarm I would not eat at this place for takeout list for the shepherds pie because it wasnt that great and for the small dish for $15 the bout the size of the dish would be the portion that my mom was doubled the size of the take out tray this was like a little Super Bowl type thing for $15 to me in the car charging that much for the atmosphere of the pub/bar eatery it was nice inside but the takeout food Lisa shepherds pie was bad I even put some salt on it to make it a little taste a little better but I but I would not order a shepherds pie from this place again just because it was like if I went to Walmart and got one of the Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls thats what it look like it when I took took this out of the restaurant and it taste just like it was microwaved And sorry to hate on them but I was expecting a lot more and if you guys are going to hate on my comment yes I did not talk to the manager so I am so disappointed in an Irish pub to advertise of the have shepherds pie and to be that horrible and nasty and for the price for the amount he said my mom and I make a hell of a lot better shepherds pie done with this guy for this place makes Then also people are going to ask all you could eat in the restaurant I didnt have time to eat and restaurant and if its the same portions that a takeout food is the same as a table then yeah I still would not pay $15 for it

Your employee Alec Button is a disgrace. Your reviews are excellent, but you have a disgusting employee that is a disgrace to our community. I will be sharing this with everyone I know. I have proof its from him and he proudly flaunts working for your establishment. In reference to a sweet 18 month old girl, that is learning through sensory: Alec Button 7/3/17: "Im laughing at all of the people offended by people make down syndrome and retard comments. I dont think she is cute, or precious, or a blessing. I think she is a unneeded weight. My personal opinion, they should be aborted. Yea, its a cruel, but a cruel reality. I want to clean the gene pool, and that starts with getting rid of the window lickers. Sure, they may be loving to their family, and some of them may be smart, but that person is extrodinaraly expensive and bogs down the people that are responsible for them. They live much shorter and less productive/eventful lives. Yes, I know Ill get flame for this, but thats my opinion. Im an anti-thiest so you can leave the religious behind, cause Ill ignore them."

My husband and I went to Fiddlers tonight, a Tuesday around 7pm. The restaurant wasnt crowded at all, and the service was excellent. Our food was pretty good. We got the Loaded potato wedges which were pretty great. I had the bangers and mash, and the portion was large. The gravy was good, and the sausages were excellent. My husband is English and said that they are what he expects when he gets a sausage. ( They are not at all like a brat in case you were wondering.) My husband had the shepherds pie with cheese and he said it was excellent. I wasnt a fan of the carrots, but that because they were plain steamed, not glazed ( which is my favorite. ) I also really enjoyed by Magners Cider. We definitely will go back. The only other thing I would like to mention for those that arent used to Irish/English/Scottish/British food, they tend to use less salt than americans are used to, but that is a personal preference. You can always add more, but you cant take it away.

Okay as Im reading through the other reviews it seems everyone agrees that this place is just OKAY. Just okay doesnt really make the final cut. My huge issue with the place isnt the atmosphere or the food, the food is fine by the way. But the service, and service is very very important. If I ask for a bottle of ketchup and I wait 20 plus minutes until I need to get up and ask for my own. That is a issue with service, Lucky for my waiter I was with a group of people so I gave a good tip, usually if you forget basic things let ketchup then I forget basic things like tipping. As I said this place is just fine. Nothing outstanding, its just fine.

First, Ill say the service was fine, friendly and fast. The food however, AWFUL! There were three of us and each of us was disappointed. My first piece of advice, put the salmon caesar salad on a bigger plate. Its hard to eat on an appetizer plate. Also, invest in better dressing. This tasted like it came straight from a bottle, and not a good one! Season the salmon, a dry piece of salmon is not appetizing. Second, do not char the burgers, it was inedible. And when you make a irish stew, you should not need a knife, EVER. Im really upset that we even came here, based on the reviews, we expected much better.

Just about the only negative thing I can agree with from anyone is that its pricey. That said, in the three years I lived in Orlando, Fiddlers became a regular hangout. Its not a weekend spot because then its flooded by yuppies from Rollins and the music in the main room can be loud enough that you cant have a conversation, but its a bar. Thats what you get. Find a good night, though, to be a regular, and youve nailed it - for a relaxed evening when you want a guinness or scotch in a dark corner with good company and good eats, its hard to top in the Orlando area. Ive been looking for something like it since.

Service here sucks!!!! Took our drink and appetizer order, got that fast. Then waited over 20 minutes to take our dinner order, bus boy actually cleaned our table thinking we were done. Had to ask for our waitress to come take our order. Dinner came out pretty fast considering. When we asked for boxes that came quickly but we had to wait another 15 minutes to get the bill. Still waiting for our payment to be taken. Im ready to walk out with paying! Not too mention it is SO loud here you cant hear each other 12 inches away from each other. Will NEVER come back here again.

I had been driving past this pub for a long time while I was in school in Florida but never managed to make my way in. So when my cousin got married and I had a reason to come back to Winter Park I decided to get everyone to go! Im glad I did because the food was great and they had a really great selection of beer and alcohol. There were dart boards set up and as we were leaving live music was coming in (we came in the middle of the day) it was a friendly fun place and we will definitely be going again on our next trip to Winter Park.
