Environment: ONLY giving it 3 stars because the design of this pub is like something off a movie. I absolutely loved the scene. Service: HOWEVER, i went for a girls night with my sis and was seated within 5 minutes but never did a waiter/waitress come and greet us. There were 3 groups of people in our section and the waitress never even looked our way to acknowledge us, i had to yell out to her 4 tables away to get her to finally attend us after 30 mins of waiting hungry and thirsty. She was very short with us and forgot to bring my sister her beer that she ordered and when we asked for it she looked more shocked then Us and threw in a silent "what the f*** " before hurrying off to get it. appetizers: the cheese blocks were delicious and the only thing i enjoyed from my food. My sis had chips and salsa that was decent. Entrée: i had the bbq pork gouda bowl which was bbq pork on a bed of mac and cheese, the pork was good but the mac was flavorless and the noodle was chewy and thick (ugh) . My sister had the ahi tuna taco and she hated it, ate one piece and gave it back (which the manager made up for by not charging her for it and gave us a free dessert) Dessert: the manager gave us chocolate chip cookies with ice cream on top drizzled in caramel. It was delicioussssss . Lots of pros and lots of cons. Not sure if i would come back. Maybe if i have a sweet tooth. Would love to do a photoshoot here though (I am a photographer) its a beautiful scene.

If you want to sit in a beautiful laid back environment with delicious food The Pub is the place to go! My husband and I were on vacation and happened to see the place and I was immediately drawn to it because of the beautiful exterior. Its beautiful with tons of aromatic flowers on the patio, which is the best place to sit in the restaurant. The spinach & artichoke dip is a scrumptious appetizer. The Welsh Pub Dip Pretzel sandwich is the BEST sandwich I have ever had!! Even their healthier options such as sauteed zucchini and yellow squash were beyond delicious, I could have made a meal out of them they were that good! Try it...you wont be disappointed!

Oh we were excited about this restaurant and our experience let us down pretty much on all levels. Our server ( dont know his name - batman belt) was bored, disinterested and inattentive. We had to ask for side plates for the apps, he didnt give us cutlery!! Didnt offer water, took forever to check on us, etc. The food was so bland and uninspired that we didnt even really want to eat it. How hard is it to make tacos tasty? Pretty hard I guess.... Dont call yourself a gastropub if your food is hospital grade blah. Wine was good and very reasonably priced - the one high point was the booze. Figures!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. To begin, with the food came more than one hour after we ordered it... cold and un cooked. The service was horrible. No real fills, no "hoes everything going? Can I get anything for you ? " we where 12 people... and I speak for all of us when I say we will never come again. And we werent even offered a discount for the inconvenience. The manager knows that we where not treated properly and the place was empty. It was about 10 oclock pm we left at 12 am and half the table got up and left. It was unacceptable.

Ordered the chicken tacos at The Pub - Orlando and got a meal that wasnt even enough to be an appetizer. Very disappointed. Since the tortillas were flour, I asked for them to be left off due to the fact I eat gluten free. The chef was made aware. I got maybe 5-6 full size chips once all the tiny fragments they gave me were pieced together. The chicken was almost nonexistent. It was mostly onions. I would have expected more than this for an 11 dollar meal. I will not go back.

Decent atmosphere and good food. The issue is that it is located in a tourist area. The waiter/waitresses could care less about the customer. Getting seated, getting drinks ordered, and getting food ordered took about 15 minutes apiece without a waiting line. The food took an average time to come out, but the check took forever to get processed and gratuity was included, at a much higher percentage than deserved. 3 stars.

We were seated immediately for dinner, our food came super fast, and our waitress was very attentive! She even came out to make sure I had enough dressing after asking for it on the side. The smoked Gouda and chicken pasta was delicious and the cranberry/pecan salad was amazing! The prices were really reasonable too, especially compared to some of the nearby overpriced hotel food.

If you are ordering a starter/appetiser make sure you order the mains after you have eaten the starter/appetiser as the mains could arrive 30 seconds later as it did with us on Saturday night. The manger was very apologetic but I never eat any where after I may have upset the kitchen staff. What we had was great but I have my standreds. Just a helpful hint do enjoy your meals

Very polite employees. At first there was an issue due to our Service Dog but that was cleared up quickly by the manager. The Wait staff was awesome. We ordered the Scotch Egg and Calamari then the Fish and Chips and London Broil and finished it off with a Jamaican Cheesecake. Food, Drinks and tip total $69.11, will we be back? Absolutely. Its worth the money.

I wandered in here today looking to pass some time before my friend arrives. Pass the time I did with their amazing Welsh Pretzel sandwich and a pint of Guinness! I had to limit my time though because without a certain amount of care I might find myself here all day sampling their extensive drink menu! Excellent food service and ambiance. Cant wait to come back!

Fantastic beer selections. Great food. Friendly and helpful waiters/bartenders. What more could you ask for? This is a little piece of the UK right here in central Florida. The environment is energetic and authentic. as well which really makes you feel like youre somewhere else. I would highly recommend spending some time here to try the flights and enjoy the food!

Chris is the manager and gave exceptional experience after having a really inattentive server. This place is clean , inviting, and the fish and chips were the absolute best Ive had, ever! Bathrooms are clean the place is lovely...a bad experience turned around within minutes. Definitely give this place a go! Ill be back again, Thanks Chris! :-)

Atrocious service. Same server, 5 tables. From 2 to 8 people per table; our table = 2. An hour after placing our order, everyone served except us. Being the table closest to the kitchen and being the only people of color, we should have at least stood out - but not in this manner. #makingamericahateagain #livingintrumpsamerica

I was expecting your typical generic faux pub, and was pleasantly surprised. Fabulous service, good choice of menu options, great pours of beers. It was noisy enough that you never felt people could listen in, but not so loud that you couldnt hear your table partner. I had the Welsh Dip, and it was quite tasty.
