I went here last Sunday to have a drink and watch the games, there was one bartender there. We walked in, she didnt greet us at all. She went down and proceeded to take shots with the customers and smoke with them. I walked up to her to ask for menus and she told me to hold on and put her finger up. Several minutes later she went back behind the bar and got the menus and just stared at us for us to come get them. I work in customer service and this is NOT how to you treat people who come to your establishment. I dont know her name but she was rude and definitely needs to get better customer service skills. I will not be back here because of her.

great little hole in the wall bar...good music and cheap drinks, but NEVER EVER....I mean EVER give these people a debit/credit card. Bring cash and pay as you go. I have had to dispute way to many charges from this place. 1st off every time they swipe a card it adds a 25.00 hold to the card, which by itself is no big deal but several charges later you have 200.00 worth of holds on the card that takes up to a week to clear. That was a pay as you go experience. Now if you are dumb enough to open a tab with a card you will end up with shots for what seems like the whole bar on there. Just straight scam artists with a debit card. CASH CASH CASH

Cozy little place. Good people. Live music. Its loud after 10 so if you want conversation get there before band starts To A. Lewis......I dont smoke either....why post a review trashing the place cuz they do.....here is a novel idea. Take your junk science and your smug stupidity and shove it where I suspect your head is most of the time.....then walk your ignorant butt straight into traffic you waste of space......Lol.... This is a neighborhood bar. If the bartender doesnt know you theyre quick to make you feel unwelcome. It was hard to get waited on because she was doing shots with regulars and didnt want to be bothered. Go someplace else where you feel appreciated for spending your time and money!! How can you wait on customers drunk on shots or even make change??? Wierd place..... Dont even waste your time. Very creepy place!!!

Addressing the overcharges on credit cards they DO preauthorize a higher amount and they are slow to send the actual authorization to the bank so the wrong charge stays up for a while. It is loud when the band starts up. Good thing it is always a great band. Im trying hard to think of a bar that has a friendlier staff but cannot. Pretty much exactly what a hole in the wall drinking joint should be like. Kudos

I will never again go here. I went this past Fri. I only bought two drinks and I purchased them together for a friend and I at a cost of $6.00. Well I check my account today and it shows that they charged me almost $13.00. Suffice it to say this place is a scam and I will never step foot in there again. Not only that but the smoke is terrible, the place is dirty, and it smells like crap!

Just to update all the bad reveiws on here this bar does NOT pre-authorize anymore. They do hold the card to run a tab but they only charge it if you want them to and only for the amount you spent. No holds on charges or pre-auths anymore. Been this way for almost 2 years now

Enjoy the regulars and my favorite bartenders. Just wish the owner would do something with the ladys room. Disgusting. And air conditioning that fails repeatedly during the summer. Every summer. Seems like hes afraid to put any money back on the place. Sad.
