I usually love coming here I never have any problems but today I took my daughter there for lunch we ordered wings and fries the wings were great the fries we not all the way cooked and very soft by the time the waitress came to check on us we were ready to pay and go I told her that the fries were not good and to take them off our bill and I will gladly pay for everything thing else she said OK then came back shortly saying her manager said the fries cant come off the bill but they can remake them I told her we are ready to leave now plus the wings are gone just 5ake the fries off the bill I asked to tall to the manager she came over with an attitude and told me that I was paying for the fries I told her Im not she went and got the cook then he comes to the table with a nasty attitude gets loud and tells me over and over that I am going to pay for the fries it was ridiculous so I ended up only paying for what I ate and left anyway no matter what they were screaming I was so shocked that this happened because I come here a lot with friends and family and now we are no longer going back to spend our money because of rude and poor customer service

Listen im not picky but im picky.if u want amaaaazing food, decent bartenders( jen n gabby r the best and usually at night! They have DAILY, GREAT priced specials, and if u become a regular u become family!❤ An awesome place for a quick after work stop(personal experience) or a a chill spot with friends! All around over a year and a half of visits( and im not a bar person) BUT Ive officially found a spot i enjoy in ANY of my many moods! Lol Thanks Paradise!

Im a wing addict and I absolutely love the long islands and wings here with the garlic parmesan sauce on the side. I would have given a 5 star rating as service is getting alot better from some past experiences of long wait for waitress staff but have come up since then. I love coming here now. Waitresses give good service

One of my favorite places for a drink, great food and good company. Paradise is one of the top 5 places in Cleveland with absolute excellent wings. They still serve tater tots, which are excellent. The bar tenders are friendly and your bound to run into someone you know in there. Cheap but decent drinks are served.

I love love love u guys ... Yall know me Pizza Hut Peeps Roberta and gabby are the best bar tenders and customer service Ive ever had..... I refuse to spend my money anywhere else n the city for drinks and food.... I love paradise and its always sunny and lovely there

The first time I got the chicken rolls, they were in 4 pieces and the rolls were crispy and great. The next two times I got them, the cook has made them into two long chimichangas and they are doughy and not crispy anymore. Downgrade
