I know Pete the former owner well. He roasts a couple of times a week and has decades of experience. He once did a "cupping" for me and a friend, convinced her that her favorite coffee shop over-roasted the coffee. The house blend is amazing, spend a few more bucks and get some Costa Rican that is incredible. If you really love coffee as I do, make sure to drop by and buy a pound or so. Many of the best restaurants in town use Condaxis.

All of their coffees are, by far, the best Ive had. They freshly roast all of their coffees and even do custom blending for different restaurants in the Jacksonville area. They have an exceptional service team that services local retailers machines and they provide tea for iced tea to local eateries. The tropical tea is my personal favorite.

The coffee roasted here is so good. A lot of the fine restaurants get their coffee from this place. The owner is very friendly and has been roasting coffee for over 50 years.
