Really surprised that my latte was as bad as it was. Im hoping the barista thought I was someone in his past who stole his pogs or stepped on his new Nikes or something and wanted to seek revenge on me, the assumed bully, in the form of an incredibly over-extracted shot. No clue, but thatd be a cool reason to have a gruesome and intense feud with someone. I just wish I didnt just spend 5$ on it. From one barista to another- weigh your shot every time, buddy.

Always friendly staff, but limited seating room. Great coffees, great espresso blends. Ive heard if youre looking for more space to go to the location on Lee Road, but the Lee location lacks the atmosphere that the Coventry location has. Either way though, it has great staff, is well-managed, and the lattes and cappuccinos are some of the best in the area.

I go here at least 3 times a week. So good. I highly recommend the Speedball for a chocolate lover, and the Better Morning Muffin is such a wonderful mix of fruits, nuts and vegetables. You can tell they make their pastries fresh everyday. The staff is always so nice and Phoenix is a comfortable place to meet a friend or catch up on work.

Great coffee and friendly service. The staff were bantering with one another and the regulars at the bar were joining in - seems like a nice place to spend some time. The seating area is comfortable and not too cramped and the music was loud enough to hear but quiet enough that you might not notice it during a conversation.

Best latte ever and the friendliest staff. The atmosphere at phoenix is always friendly and nice. I love that you have the option to enjoy coffee in a mug rather than hurrying in a to go tumbler. If you are traditional coffee lover, who loves to sit back and enjoy great tasting coffee, you should be at phoenix.

I love this place. Ive been coming to Phoenix for over a decade, and couldnt imagine going anywhere else for coffee. Most of the staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The variety of coffees they sell is amazing (in flavor and source*), and my car smells great on my way home from purchasing beans.

Love the people here, and their lattes are the absolute best. Speedballs will always hold a place in my heart. The only down side is that theyve completely removed comfortable seating. Its a coffee shop guys, I want to be able to buy coffee after coffee while writing my 12-14 page grad school essays

This is my favorite local coffee chain in Cleveland. The drinks are excellent, the pastries are tasty, and the baristas are nice (unless you want a little sad sass with your coffee like me)
