So after reading different bad reviews for this place I wanted to check it out myself. Went in there with my wife to get some cupcakes to bring with us to a friends house. The girl inside the store when we first came in was super friendly to the customer in front of us. Based on the reviews we read we automatically assumed she just knew the woman, but the woman left the store and she was STILL being nice!!! We picked out 12 cupcakes and then a gentleman rung us up, get this HE TOO WAS NICE! I was in shock, I thought the cupcakes must not be so good since the staff is now being nice. Nope, ate all the cupcakes that evening between the 4 of us (my wife, my friend, his wife and me). This place ROCKS!!! Staff is great, cupcakes are delicious, I would recommend it 10 out of 10 times! AND, get this, theyre open on SUNDAYS!!! I say that as a big deal because we stopped by a few cupcake shops that day to get some (I forgot to mention this earlier but my wife is pregnant and she was craving cupcakes), and they were all closed, but this one saved the day!!!

I absolutely love the cupcakes here. I try to stop by every so often on my lunch break from work to grab some for my kids. But I have to say the customer service at this particular location @ tinsel town is HORRIBLE!!!!! The lady “Barbra” is RUDE RUDE RUDE . 1st off if you don’t order the cupcake by the EXACT name she will take the time to correct you . and not just a simple ”hey this is the name” its “for future reference so you’re able to get it right next time it’s the double chocolate cami” ….okkkkk. Secondly, she was so busy talking to another customer about their order they were placing that she didn’t hear me say “im a loyalty customer” . she ran my card, turned around the ipad for me to sign , and when I said uhhhh loyalty? She goes “too late, youre going to have to learn to say it before I run your card”…. WHAT THE HECK? Apparently its a frequent thing, the people at my work all seem to have delt with her rudeness as well.

I have been coming in here for a few months, and have had always a good experience. But this last week will be my last. It took forever for me to get a cupcake, since the person behind the counter was on their cell phone and told me to wait. So i proceeded to look around, after that I was told " was I ready?"in a rude fashion. Ok fine, so I order my cupcakes and I had to wait for the box to get made and got a red velvet and Chocolate on Chocolate cupcake. I get home to share with my wife and the red velvet was so greasy, it had grease stains on the box and the chocolate on chocolate was so hard, I would be better off eating a rock. I will be warning people at my church to spend their money elsewhere.

The BEST and ONLY cupcakes in North Florida 2 jacksonville locations Moist !!!! ( which is very important to me ) The best red velvet Traditional and real red velvet not the fake food coloring or "chocolate cake version" Innovative flavors like sweet potato and Elvis -Banana , red velvet , sweet-potato, lemon and strawberry cheesecake are my favorites ! - eat them within two days because they will dry out - one is more than enough for one person - excellent frosting and garnishes by flavor - standard cupcake price - other locations offer minis and ice cream and whole cakes Check them out!!!

First off let me say the cupcakes are the best I have ever had. Carrot cake is the business. Its the service here that is the most awful thing ever. I walk in and there are people waiting in front of me 15 min before close and clearly they have been standing there a few. The guy huffs and puffs and decided to get off of his phone. Walks up and says we are only accepting cash. Its 2017 and your telling me that your square card reader on the wireless tablet doesnt work. Or you need extra cash so you and your boys that were sitting in the corner had some spending cash for the club tonight.

Had few great Cup cakes and good service. We went there to order a cake (no specifc choice in mind). Upon going there, we were given regular brochure for looking up. I went over the counter to check if i can sample any cake. They were quick enough to give those mini(very small) cup cake. It was too good. Then the manager told us that Red velvet was on of the best ones over there and give us a good chunk of it to try. We liked it so much and order a Classic Cami cake (Red Velvet). The decoration was very good and cake tested pretty good.

Thank you cami cake tinsel town Jacksonville, Fl. You guys are an awesome group of people. Barbara and Bernard one word to describe you guys phenomenal. I am a procrastinator and really thought my daughter Halloween Birthday was ruined until you guys came through for me. I traveled from Orange park because they were out of the Pumpkin Cake.. I paid over the phone Fridays and Pick it up Saturday without delays..Again Thanks for being professional and courteous. The cake was delicious.

The cupcakes are really good but the service sucks! No one that works there knows how to smile or say hi when you walk in! I am new to Jacksonville and this was one of the places that people always talked about. Everyone I know says they are good cupcakes but no one likes the people that work there. Tried it three time each time someone different was there and still no hi or welcome no thing it was just what can I get you. No thanks Im going to find another place!

This cupcake shop is amazing! My husband and I just moved here from NY, which is known for amazing bakeries, however, I tried the banana cream pie cupcake and it was amazing! The cake was perfect and the icing was delicious. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because there is just too much frosting, it almost overpowers the cake. Needless to say, I will be going back tomorrow to try a new flavor. You should definitely stop in and try one for yourself.

I have never been to the one in Jacksonville but I have been to all of them in Atlanta and I must say that it is my absolute favorite place in the world all of the flavors are amazing the staff is always patient and friendly not to mention the cupcakes are the best thing that ever slid down my throat LOL they are always fresh there never dry out there so much icing you can eat it with a fork I dont know of a single soul who does not love their cakes

I did not like the cupcakes at all. My husband purchased three flavors and we didnt like any of them. The icing tastes like sugar and shortening. I felt sick after just eating half of one cupcake. I much prefer the natural buttery flavor of icing. This had a very "unnatural" taste. The cake itself was pretty good and moist and the cupcakes were beautifully decorated. However, I couldnt get past the awful icing (which is a huge mound of!).
