I love the store and it is always clean and people are friendly. What I dont like - it is a gamble who you are doing to get at the pharmacy. One lady there is nasty and short and I am a very pleasant person. This has also happened with my boyfriend who has gone on a few separate occasions. A couple of times also had encounters with her that were not so pleasant. My boyfriend is very laid back and is respectful to everyone. I do plan on speaking up. If she doesnt like her job or people for that matter, she shouldnt be in this line of work. Oh and also - usually the sub ordering area, I have nothing but pleasant people. They hired someone that clearly hasnt been trained well. Subs are sloppy. I asked her for tomatoes and jalapenos on the side and she bagged both of them together in the same pack. My daughter also asked for tomatoes and oil and vinegar on the side, she packed the tomatoes with olive oil and vinegar packets in same pack.. Who does that???

so thats why I go there but if there were another closer I would not go here. In the deli I have had 2 diff workers that were rude and clearly did not want to be working there. Also the lady at the customer service is the most mean arrogrant person Ive ever encountered - no doubt every time she has an attitude problem. Ive reported her to the manager twice now b/c of how quick she was with me. The ONLY reason why this place even deserves a 3 is b/c the store manager is nice, friendly, and wanting to make the store better. Never had a problem with cashiers or baggers.

I always enjoy my shopping experience at my local Publix. I run into many of my neighbors or friends from church. The employees are always willing to direct me to a product or reach up on a high shelf to hand me an item out of my reach. Last week I locked my keys in my car. I had $125 of groceries in my cart; close to $50 were frozen meals. The manager, Chad Hates, drove m home. Then waited for me to get my spare set of keys, and drove me back to my locked car. Doesnt get much better shopping experience than that!

I have been going to this publix for years. All the workers are great and always go the extra mile for me and ny family. Ive only had a handful of problems. Did I mention Ive be going to this store for years, people are gonna have bad days. This is and always will be the Publix I will shop. The best in the area if u ask me.

Love love love this publix. Staff is courteous and kind.. managers and staff will help you no matter if theyre on the clock or busy. Pablo is my favorite deli guy. Weve been going for years and he always remembers myself and my husbands name. Not only that but he always asks about the kids! They feel like almost family.

This is MY Publix :) I love the store. I go just about every week and have had only 1 difficult encounter. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. This store is not huge, but isnt the smallest Ive been in either. I like it.
