This is not a place for kids. On July 19 my son and some of his friends went here to grab a cookie. Now these are young boys so in no way am I saying they are angels, but to be treated the way they where by the male employee is not acceptable and no parent should ever accept this type of treatment to their child. The kids where spinning pennies on the table and they where falling off onto the floor and that is something they should have stopped doing when asked. They where finally asked to leave, which is acceptable, if they where being disruptive in a place of business. I guess they did not leave fast enough because the male employee yelled at them to get their #%$# out of there and came around the counter as they where walking out the door. This employee is over 6 foot tall and the kids are not in high school yet. That is what is not acceptable. To have an employee in a place that is called Sweet Escapes come at young kids in that manner should not be tolerated. I went up to talk to the manager at this place. She was very professional. She told me what the kids where doing and I told her that asking the kids to leave was the correct thing, my issue was how they where treated by the other employee. She informed that he had been warned before about this type of behavior. We where having a very nice conversation until the employee that treated the kids in an unacceptable manner came in and started in. I told him that if the kids where acting up it is fine to ask them to leave, but to use foul language and to come around the counter at them was not acceptable. He then started to argue with me and the manager told him to stop and to get back to the deli counter. If this is the type of employee they have then no child should ever go in to get anything. Have them go to the Kilwins or to Star Bucks where they will be treated like kids.

This place was absolutly awful and I would never recommend anyone to visit this place. If this place wasnt in celebration theyd be shut down for lack of cleanliness. I ordered something from a girl named Isabel Saenz (Last name something like that) who claimed to be a manager, yet she only worked the cashier, interesting. She gave me nothing but attitude, then continued to look my friends and I while we talked. She then approached us and had the audacity to threatened to kick myself and my two other friends out for talking, even though we werent talking loud. She then continued to lie about the amount of times she warned us when we called asking to file a complaint. If I were the owner of this "cafe", I would fire her for her a smug attitude and lying to customers over the phone. Overall experience, this place should be shut down for workers attitudes and overpriced microwave reheated sandwiches.

Sorry, this place is a total dump. Found via Yelp when I wanted a unique coffee shop that wasnt a Starbucks. The staff is as unfriendly and unhelpful as they come. Against our better judgement upon walking in (dirty, stuffy) we placed an order for coffees and some cookies from their case. Just after we paid, I noticed a long piece of hair between cookies in their pastry case. GROSS. Our coffees were double cupped because they ran out of sleeves. The coffee was also burnt and bitter. The backs of chairs were filthy and enough to make yrou lose your appetite. Table felt like it was going to collapse if you looked at it the wrong way. We ended up walking out, throwing out both coffees and our cookies along the way and went to the good old standard Starbucks just down the street. I dont know why anyone goes to this place. Location isnt everything. Dont be fooled. Just go to Starbucks.

I am a resident at Celebration, and I usually go to this place 3 times a week with my family, but not anymore. Today I went there to have lunch and one of my daughters ordered a hot sandwich. When she got the sandwich, it was totally cold. Then she kindly asked the server to warm it up, and she said she was too busy to do it. She also told my daughter to have it like the way it was. My daughter was very disappointed, and felt really bad. The server was rude and so as the manager. When I came to him to make a complaint he didnt pay attention at all. This place is also dirty, starting from the bathroom. People who work there are always sulky. Definitely i am not going back there anymore!

Went here for breakfast and was excited because of all the great reviews. When we got there they couldnt do sandwiches because of a leak and that was a big disappointment, but it was made worse by the very small breakfast like pastry selection. Wasnt a whole lot to make up for driving out and hitting a toll just to have to settle. Grabbed a donut and it was meh at best. It was actually pretty dry and honestly tasted like something from a gas station that had been sitting out for a while. Ended up feeding most of it to the birds outside.

$9 artisan sandwich. Subway creates way better sandwiches for near half the price. The Baklava was so covered in syrup I had to wash my hands immediately after finishing it and the sugar overwhelmed all other flavors. Being annoyed by a treat defeats the object of getting it. The girl who took my order was rude, impatient, disinterested. This totally spoiled any ambience that there might otherwise have been. Overall, a poor quality lunch for a gourmet price. What a ripoff. An experience I never hope to repeat.

Adam is the best! I utilized Sweet Escapes for my wedding cake and it was so delicious. I had so many people compliment the cake we chose. It was so tasty and moist and they delivered it to my venue and set it up promptly and professionally. I have some left over and I cannot stop eating it. I have seriously eaten my wedding cake everyday since the wedding and I am not mad about it at all! Overall the experience was one that I will cherish and I loved working with Adam at Sweet Escapes.

just had the soup and sandwich special. Soup was excellent. Sandwich was below standard, not much substance and could of used roasted veg instead of 1 tomato, two cucumbers, spinach, bottled peppers and onions. Service need improvement if they are going to servive. Twice they got my order mixed up and did not appologize for thier mistakes. Accountability goes a long way. Note: bake goods are really good, ( amond cookies, bread). Bronies are dry and need some work.

Always five star service and friendly staff usually from Lindsay or Gemma. The only problem I every have is that bagels are always over toasted or burned when you order a sandwich. In two years they still cant get the hang of toasting. No problem, I just starting ordering baked items instead. They are always perfect. The Jamaica Me Crazy coffee is awesome. Thanks for the great service. I work a lot in Celebration area and always try to stop in.

Hotel staff sent me here because they serve breakfast sandwiches and the like all day. They do not. Just bagels and a few donuts. They do not have soy or almond milk for coffee beverages, nor simple syrup just packets. I would not have been so disappointed in my visit if the cashier wasnt so rude and short about everything. Bad for business. Back to Starbucks around the corner.
