I would first like to say. I have had nothing but great things to say about Publix I rode past Winn Dixie in the same plaza to go to Publix in preparation for Hurricane Matthews impending threat. As I walked in a worker quickly took the price off of the Zepherhills water display and put a sign up for $4.99. I looked in his hand to see what the price was that he had just taken off and it was a 12 pack I believe. I was so disgusted I was no longer interested to know. It went from $2.99 to $4.99. I said to the worker are you guys really price gouging?? He ignored me and hurried off. I dont trust Publix any more. I left the store, I didnt know if they did that to other items of necessity in the strore. I left and went to Winn Dixie. They had 24 pack of Dasani water on sale buy two get on free @ $5.99. Aquafina was on sale 32 pack for 4.99 Publix trucks come in on Thur so why the need to gouge, your supply is in less then 16 hours. I called the attorney general office to report it. Winn Dixie stepped up! Everything of necessity was on sale!!

I have always enjoyed shopping at Publix in light of their reputable service and beautiful, clean stores. This one store has dropped the ball too many times. I am not sure if this location is understaffed, or the employees just do not care, but even in empty days, I have been ignored and had to wait to up to 30 minutes to be served at the deli. This has happened on multiple occasions. No one offers to help, as I am obviously standing there as close as possible to the deli food and people just walk by, and continue to not do anything. I have resulted to needing to making a statement every time to the manager until I got service. 20 minutes with no customer in line and having to make a statement every time is insulting. Publix there are simple solutions to any problem. This one, if you are understaffed, add more people to that department, whether by instore department transfer or by hire. If staffing is not an issue, seriously look at your staff, because this location is a disgrace to the Publix name.

I have to say Im very disappointed in this Publix. Today will be my third shopping trip in a row to this location that was less than a pleasure. I shop here regularly. First strike was the deli manager washing dishes while customers waited for extremely slow deli clerks to get orders together. I was in line for 20 minutes for two people in front of me to be serviced. It wasnt even busy they were just really slow and the manager chose to do dishes over help manage the situation. The trip prior the place was dead but still waited in line for over 15 minutes to check out. Then again today one lane open at 4pm for customers with 10 items or more. Publix charges a premium vs their competitors, I assume that is because they have a superior store and service. I used to hold the experience of shopping at Publix in high regard but that feeling is starting to change drastically in a very short period of time.

This is my favorite Publix in town! Produce manager changes knife after each fruit he cuts to prevent any food allergy cross contamination. This is the only location I can get the fruit bowls and dont have to worry about hives. I also use this Publix for all my office parties! Twice now I have worked with the Deli Manager, John with ordering 7 Rotisserie Family Dinners. Each one comes with 4 rolls, and 2 16 oz sides per rotisserie chicken. He gets me boxes and helps me load everything up and prints everything on one 1 tag for easy checkout. I sometimes go out of my way just to get what I need for lunch from this store because its the best Publix experience in town!

This is a bad neighborhood. I was accused of having a gun today. They allowed some bum of a street walker in the store. He may have had some ptsd but I do not feel comfortable being accused of carrying a weapon. Nor did I appreciate being followed to the parking lot where he then proceeded to take down my license plate. I called management here about the situation, doubt they took it seriously at all. I will be making random trips to this location from time to time to see if anything has improved.

Ordered sub online however the people that make subs here do not follow directions. They will not put oil & vinegar on subs so they are suppose to give you packets to do it yourself. Last 2 times I have ordered online they have not given the oil & vinegar packets. Would not recommend ordering subs online at this publix.

I have been going here for lunch to stop the monotony of looking at a computer all day. It does help to interact with tge friendly staff who are always smiling and ready to help you. The Deli has soo many healthy options for everyone. As a past Publix employee I do enjoy the trip down memory lane.

Not good! Went to my regular store yesterday and bought weeks groceries, all except Hormel Black Label bacon in 16 oz pkg; they were out of stock. Went to another one today and they didnt have any either. LAST 2 DAYS OF SALE AND NO PRODUCT!!!!! Getting to be the norm at these two stores. SAD!

The staff here are all very friendly. I always get the service I desire when I go in, and if they cant help me, they dont shrug their shoulders and walk off like tards... They give me some sort of resolution to help me towards what I want or need.

Love my Publix! Friendly staff, clean store, and if you need anything they will get it in stock for you. Anytime I have had to go to the front costumer service counter, I have always been greeted with a smile and treated so politely. Wonderful!

Great store for customers but not so good for employees. Cashiers dont get breaks. If you work 8hrs shift, you get lunch break after 4 hrs. of vigorous - non stop work. Very sad. Even Wal-Mart gives paid break time for cashiers.

The deli workers are extremely lazy people. Dont go there if you want fried chicken. They act like they dont want to cook it.
