I went with four other people to Ruby Tuesdays in Inverness last Friday, expecting a nice diner, that ended up being a 3 hour long fiasco. Our waitress came promptly at first and got our drink orders. We then waited about 20 minuets for our drinks, and in the mean time our waitress did not even take our food orders. She came back a few times to let us know that she was still waiting on our drinks. We finally ordered our food when we got our waitress attention again and ordered our food, before we got our drinks still. The salad bar was nice and clean and everything appeared to be filled. When we ordered a second round of drinks, mine only being a diet coke, it took even longer to get our drinks, and it took over 30 min to get our appetizers. When the food came out 1hr and 30min after we ordered, only one meal came out, and he was done eating before the rest of us got our food, which was semi cold. Our food was not brought out by our server. Our server the entire time seemed overwhelmed and continuously came to us to tell us she was not sure why our food and drinks were not coming out. I got the baja tacos (or something like that) and they had shredded cabbage that was tasteless and pointless to the meal. We were told by our server that our first round of drinks were going to be compensated for the extremely lengthy wait time, but when we got our checks, nothing was taken off. When my friends got their adjusted checks, the price had increased! Not only were our food items mixed up, but there were also bar charges for things that nobody drank. By the fourth time of getting incorrect checks we asked to see the managers. They were very apologetic but seemed to blame everything on our server. Everyone in our party had a poor experience, and it will probably be a long time until we go there again. Ruby Tuesdays needs to fix these mistakes or they will lose business in this small area. I know that when our work decided to go out for a department lunch we decided not to go here because of mutual bad experiences. Oh and out of five of us, only 3 biscuits were ever on our table.

If you are thinking about going to the Ruby Tuesdays in Inverness, FL Dont!!! I will say I do enjoy most of the servers that work there but I absolutely do not agree with their GM. I uses to enjoy Rubys till one day I found bugs in my food!! I just could not believe it what so ever.I wanted to get sick right there. I had the Garden bar with the Steak and lobster dinner. The food was good but you pay more and get a lot less. Anyways, back on the bug issue, I told my server and she was very upset and eager to fix the problem right then. I seen that she went to tell a manager right away which I really appreciated that but I waited over 20mins for the Gm (Val) to finally come to my table to apologize, and thats all she did. She did not even offer to take it off the check or give us something for the bad experience. She seem like she was in a big hurry to get back to work and was not very friendly what so ever. I really feel sorry for anyone who has to work with someone so rude. Thanks to her I will never eat at Ruby Tuesday in Inerness again!!! YUCK!!!!!!!

I would not recommend going to Ruby Tuesdays in Inverness. When they took our name, we told them we would like to sit in a booth; after we waited our 10 minutes to be seated, they put us at a table. It is very cramped in the restaurant - I had to scoot my chair way in to let a lady pass through to her table. Our waiter was slow coming to our table. The worst part was a thick black hair in the coleslaw. The waiter took it away and the Manager came over and apologized but they only offered to give me new coleslaw, which I declined - I was not eating any more of that. They did not comp it, which they should have. Also, my boyfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and it came with no bacon. Then he found a hair in the last bite of his burger. We ordered more fries and they didnt come out for 10 minutes, right as we were paying the bill. Poor customer service and I definitely lost my appetite with the hair. GROSS! Do not go here if you want to enjoy your meal.

We usually visit in the winter when we come to Florida, they keep trying to make the place seem like its a nicer more expensive restaurant, but the salad bar and TV in the bar, will never make it look any better that a cheap all you can eat place, Now they take reservations if you can believe that, the hostess always asks you name to try and sound professional, I always mess with them and give some fictitious name from the past, but none of them knew who Humphrey B was ???? The salad bar is right next to the door as you come it, bad design, Ive watched little kids walk by and touch everything, even the plates, the sneeze guard is way to low and makes it hard for tall people, most of the time its running low, although the do try and keep it stocked, I dont think a lot of the food is kept at proper temperature, cause I got sick once. The best waitress was this cute skinny girl names Melissa, they said she went away to college, good luck to you

I have been to other of your restaurants and had a good experience. Well not the case in yours Your restaurant was not at all busy sand it a awful long time to order and especially to get served. The "waiter" was more into theatrics than to actually get us our meal. He kept on bring rolls to appease us. the crab cakes??? were grease soaked, yuck! the salad bar was dark and the few items you had were not labeled, and the dressings were not labeled also. My sliders looks as if they had been sitting on a sidebar for long enough to dry out. My sisters plate was discussing looking, just a plop of milt vegetables with no garnish.---We would have been much better off if we had gone to mickey ds or wendys. At lease there we would not have to pay a lot for inferior food. My recordation is that people should avoid your place.--- --------Mr Balcom

Went to have dinner with my son, yesterday Jan 17 and the food was horrible. We ask for Pork Chops with bourbon sauce and the waitress took 15 minutes do bring our food. Seems that he was in an hurry trying to help other costumers. Well, I had my first bit and noticed that the food was not cooked well. Called the guy and asked him to send the plate back. He came back in few minutes saying the food was smelling very good. Well, to make shorter. When I got home I called and asked to speak with the Manager, which his name is Lewis. Told him about the situation and he asked me have you throw up yet???? Just the same word: I am sorry. I was sick all night and still sick from that horrible food. I will never go back there. Inverness doesnt need a place like that. Please, people be careful when you decided to go there
