The worst customer service needs a new manager Chicken is great but the staff act like they dont want to work when i told her i wanted my 12 piece all legs she told me they dont do that with and attitude but i been been buying it like that for ever my mother wanted like that but the behavior is what buther me and is not the first time need training or new manager i think her last name is tejeda or tejera not sure someone needs to look into it is bad.thankyou my parents are on there seventys and they love kentucky in homestead .

Fast service with a smile. Stopped in on way home. One person in front of me, cashier took care of him quickly and when I was next she smiled welcomed me and took my order. She popped it all on a tray and gave it to me with a smile. Nothing major just did her job as if she enjoyed it which can be major in and of itself. Thay had an attendant taking care of cleaning the tables and floors as customers left. No problems with my visit or if others as I sat there and ate my food. No, Im not paid for this review.

Drive through cant follow a simple ticket... lady gave me attitude when i was still sitting at wondow. "Did i forget something" then she brings me what she forgot... and i still sat there waiting for more food she forgot. One thing to forget... another to roll your eyes and give costumers attitude for your mistake. Not going back there.

Closing lobby before hours ...employee using headphone while working super disrespectfull...plus the waiting on the grilled chicken was 20 minutes ..not to mention i said clearly no gravy and thats all i got Poor bussiness ..definetly in meed of new managment system From a certified food service manager
