Went through the drive-thru tonight after a long day, its late, Im tired, so I ordered the number 11 (Supreme Cool Ranch tacos), Upon arriving home, I discovered my anger, disappointment and discontent when I received regular Cool Ranch tacos instead. I have no doubt that the issue here can be rectified but Im not willing to waste my gas and time for sour cream and tomatoes, especially after craving such awesome flavor over a long period of time, only to be what the kids call "totally bummed" (for the lack of a better term). As a consumer, I would like to have trust in the reliability of the service being provided to me. That being said, now that trust is broken and I do not want to be the guy holding up the line just to open up my entire order to make sure it is correct. I hope this review gets taken as constructive criticism more than anything in order to prevent future errors of such magnitude. Sincerely, Totally Bummed P.S. The Baha Blast was on point though.

Every time I come to this location, my order is wrong. The food also always comes with the wrong ingredients. For example, instead of the quesarito I always get a soft taco with nacho cheese. I understand the workers are so incredibly lazy that they put nacho cheese so they dont have to use the grill to actually make the quesarito. But there is literally nothing more frustrating than being hungry, going for a quick bite and then not getting what you ordered or paid for. They really need to fire whoever is working the line because they are incapable of making the simple menu items.

This taco bell has done a 180 turn around. I hated coming here but my kids love it.. i would drive all the way to pines just for taco bell. When i stay 5mins from the weston store. And i would like to say the new manager that taken over there is great. Ive been there 4 times and i was impressed all times.. its the same old staff but they got a new bounce. Thank you for the new manager. I forgot his name but hes there all day and night from what i see. Im love my weston bell

Their drive-thru register has been broken for almost a month, so they use the interior registers. Dont go after the closing time before calling (if they answer) whether it works or not, else theyll just turn you away with a chuckling apology. They prefer drive-thru customers, so unless youre eating inside, go through the drive-thru while the inside is open for fastest service as theyre understaffed and take several minutes to serve a single customer in line.

This is a one of a kind Taco Bell. I havent seen a restaurant in such state of disrepair anywhere else. Broken ceiling, broken seats, leaks everywhere, wet floors, getting to the soda fountain is like going through an obstacle course having to avoid orange buckets. Employees are nice, but they cant seem to be able to get the orders right most of the times. Its a shame for Taco Bell to have this restaurant in a nice city like Weston.

I ordered a #6 steak chalupas, the shells where over fried and hard. There was barely any steak, sour cream, tomatoes and cheese in them. The taco that it comes with I requested to be a supreme, I was upcharged for it but only received tomatoes in it with no sour cream. Very poorly done, I L<3VE Taco Bell but I will never go to this location again.

Its a Taco Bell so were not expecting too much. But it was nice and clean and the food was what to be expected. The drive-thru staff seemed like they know what theyre doing. I really cant give it anything more than two stars cuz its Taco Bell. Not that its bad but its just bad for you.

It was good, but one suggestion sweaping the floor while people are dinning in is kind of rude. Im pretty sure there are other times a bit more appropriate to do this task. They finally renovated their dinning room is was long over due.
