Theres a reason you need reservations, well in advance to be seated at Scampi Grill, the food is phenomenal. My wife and I had dinner there last night, to celebrate our anniversary and Valentines day, two days late. It was worth the wait. They recently moved to a new location on 60/20 street eastbound half a block west of us1. We sat outside, a little chill for this time of year, but we were both delighted with our dinners. I had the special, lasagna. Sorry mom, the best Ive ever had. Wife had fish. Both of us are till we were full and took the rest home for a second meal. Tip: when the snowbirds are in town, all restaurants are difficult to get into, Scampi is almost impossible. Off season should be better. Check back, Ill update this review in the summer.

We dined at SG on October 19, 2016. Our food was delicious, except for the clams which were microscopicably small and full of sand. Our #2 course was cooked fresh because we were not told "dont touch plate, its very hot" like so many restaurants who cook frozen entrées. Service was excellent, prices very reasonable. However, my only complaint is the noise. The SG is very small, tables close together and although only half full with patrons at 7pm, the conversational noise was deafening; I can not imagine the noise with full tables, I couldnt get out soon enough. My wife and I finally gave up our conversation, skipped desert and hurried out the door.

Used the resturant as spot to pop the question, the staff was amazing as far as catering to all my wishes for the nite, the staff and food are the best around and this place is a must try for the finest dining experience on the treasure coast. I have traveled all around to local eateries and havent found a hole in the wall dining experience like this fine dining gem has to offer. On my travels will continue to travel here and enjoy what this establishment has to offer... fine dining, great service, and memories.

THEY LOST us (10 people) as customers. After having our reservation moved up 30 minutes from its original scheduled time, they had us continue to wait outside on the patio another 30 - 40 minutes without even checking back with us. This move actually scared off even more costumers. MANAGER ISSUES are severe. Always make your customers feel that youre doing all that is possible. As for the FOOD..Bobbys Restaurant & Lounge was Excellent, GREAT steaks.

AMAZING! Our favorite place to go for all of our special occasions! I am very allergic to Seafood and have never had a cross contamination. My favorite is the Chicken Francaise... I have always had an exceptional meal! I am Italian and this is a special treat as it is far different from anything I make at home! Writing this review makes me want to go... On my way there tonight!

Time and time again,outstanding! Just took the wife there tonight for Valentines Day and my goodness the food was as good as its ever been. From the atmosphere, to the service,to the array of excellent dishes,this restaurant time and time again has been and will continue to be one of mine and the wifes favorite spots!

Consistently I hear and fully agree with: 1. The portions are generous. 2. The entrees alway come out hot. 3. Its consistent. The flavors and portions never change. If you ordered a dish and enjoyed it be assured it will be exactly the same next time. 4. You will struggle as you refrain from licking the plate.

Food was great and service was good. This place has a ton of things all over the walls and they are extremely dusty. That is a health hazard and a health department violation. It needs cleaning. Also the table cloths are just wiped down and re-used. They were not changed our for the next guest.

This place has great food, cozy decor, and a friendly staff. There were a couple of little exceptions -- my tomato sauce was on the watery side and one of the hosts was a little rude. I think on a less busy night those issues would have been smoothed over.

Food was very good & nice portion. Be very careful about switching soup for salad. Our waiter failed to mention that the up charge was $6.50 per person to have soup instead of salad. So this became a very pricey dinner.

Good service. Decent Italian fare but everything is generally oversalted; fresh ingredients like locally caught fish are smothered and overwhelmed by sauce; fresh herbs take a sideline to salt and oil/butter.

Mimmo does it again! Try this one, a hidden treasure for sure. I know there are a lot of Italian restaurants out there but Mimmo has been here for a long time & has a following of locals. Youll love it!

The best food in Vero Beach! Worth every penny! I would recommend the shrimp and crab imperial, the veal, and the snapper special. Make a reservation. The service was on point. Desserts were delicious too!
