CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! There is a caucasian guy working here who has black hair and a cattle nose ring in his nose. He is sarcastic and refused to make my order the way I asked. No, I didnt ask for anything unusual. I went back a couple weeks later and the same guy was serving food with his pants down below his butt. He turned around to get something and everyone in line could see his boxers. We all looked at each other in disbelief. The lack of professionalism here is sad.

Three employees talked at the grill while we waited in line. Chip bag was half full. They forgot beans on steak bowl. Quesadilla wasnt cooked enough to melt cheese or cut. I took it back and waited another minute for someone to ask. They said they couldnt cut it. That is the first time ever Ive had a quesadilla without it being cut. They offered me a bowl of plastic knives that looked like they had been washed by hand? Never coming back here.

The staff is very rude, they have no respect to customers and they steal money. Two young kids have served me there guy and a girl. The girl did not put enough meat and she has put almost no steak meat to the large steak burrito for $10 which I had ordered and she also double charged me for guacamole. She did give me guacamole even though I paid for it. When I had complained the guy just have laughed at me. Avoid this place!

The service is pretty quick, the food quality is good. The reason for the poor rating is the parking lot is small for amount traffic this location gets so a lot of times you have to circle or park at other business. Because people just park anywhere after lot is full creates a little hazard in area. The store is clean and staff are friendly.

They stopped making fajita veggies 2 hours before they closed...the last 3 times we have been there they are always out of something. What is the deal???....the staff could care less if you come in on fire...Chipotle was our favorite go to burrito joint sad to say we wont be going back...Good byez Chipotle

Reason of giving one star is because my steak burrito was made of pure skin steak so is the others so if you want to fix this place because the coil outbreak, you can star with a good quality steak before giving free food, by the way thanks for the complementary burrito very hard to chew.

I have eaten at Chipotle several times. I love the food quick, easy, healthy alternative. I especially like that I can order online. When I arrive, its ready for pick-up. Just like they said walk in pick up at the register. Thanks, great if you have a time limit for lunch.

The wait time in this chipotle that I recently experienced was crazy, the line was to the door, but they handled it pretty well & I was in there for about 15-20 minutes. The cashier was friendly & the food was good, I mean its Chipotle, cant go wrong there.

Nice interior with delicious food. Service is somewhat fast, although team members appear to struggle communicating with each other, resulting in some delay with receiving food. Otherwise, will definitely revisit!

NO ICE NO PROBLEM! Just visited this place, it is one of the cleanest chipotles that i,ve visited, friendly staff and super fast service. The soda machine was broken and had no ice, yet the food tasted great.
