First off, I wish this comment can be read by the owner. I am a local resident of North Palm Beach, and have experienced eating at this Northlake Taco Bell for many years. For an unknown reason, the old building was demolished. Before demolition occurred, there was restoration and character added to the old existing building. This was beautiful: color-schemed of Western and modern appearance, visuals and comfortable seating with an ample menu. That building is history and now was a constructed abstract of simple partitions which resemble bland, non-inviting, box-type configuration. A very small menu, seating in non-designer white surrounding with intention to forget anything Mexican! In fact when walking into the entrance you may accidentally partake in the taco-assembly-line of workers. Peculiar indeed, especially when the "old" Taco Bell was always hustling with fortune-banking and customer receptive. Now back to my experience to the "new"- I placed an order, waited over 15 mins for 3 tacos!!! There was only 3 customers inside the restaurant, and I became agitated. Yes there was a mounting drive-thru, but with proper organization and management, the 3 customers inside shouldve been easily taken care of. There was NO manager working. I have to return to the poor or cheap construction because many boxes of prepackaged food within the internal kitchen, shouldnt be outright visible to the customers. Beyond the coldness of abstract construction, the service was EXTREMELY slow and really a turn-off. What happened to Taco Bell, a once goldmine of fast-food deliciousness and innovator of speed???

The food quality is ok here, not the best, but B+... however, they get something in my order wrong AT LEAST EVERY OTHER TIME! It is ridiculous, and sometimes I try to go over it them and at the window I ask them to check before giving me the order and then they give me sarcastic looks or attitude, or simply tell me it will be right. I have never been to a more incompetent fast food drive through ever. I only go here because that is the only place open here after 2 am.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! I waited in line for almost an hour, no joke. When I get to the window, they dont know what my order was and then they tell me, "we dont have nachos". I asked to talk to the manager and he tells me that its busy because of the holidays and he thought he had enough nachos. Then he tells me that they are not even open, they are just trying to get rid of the food. He says " what do you want me to". How rude! Doesnt even deserve one star!!!

Great Experience.. they brought the food to us which isnt or wasnt expected., the quality of the ground beef Tacos was far better than any previous experience. 2nd visit 2 weeks later.. customers service was great again.. BUT the Ground Beef in the Taco was the worst I have ever seen.. every form of grisly crap you could find and different Colors of beef gray and brown I wont be back.

Love this place so glad it re opened, love coming here for the Mexican cuisine, love the fact that they use high quality products and fresh veggies so i know that my kids will grow big and strong, wish they had a mexican themed play area for the kids so they could also lear about the city of mexico while they ate and played

EVERY SINGLE MORNING THEY ARE NOT OPEN AT 7 O CLOCK!! I HAVE PICTURES AND SCREENSHOTS IN THE DRIVE THRU AND OF THE DOOR LOCKED WAY PAST 7 O CLOCK! Who runs a business like that? If I kept my doors locked and didnt help anyone 15-30 mins after I say were open people would be furious!!! This is every day! DISGUSTING!!

COUNT YOUR CHANGE!! I come here a lot and every single cashier tries to short me by one dollar. It cant be a coincidence. I think management is in on the scam because they instantly give me the dollar back and send me away as fast as possible. They dont want anyone else to know whats going on.

I always expect too much from Taco Bell. If ordering to go, I would strongly suggest you double check your order thoroughly. But the food is addicting so I will continue going back with caution. As far a décor, Ive never been in a clean Taco Bell, I dont think one exists.

My wife and I snuck out in the middle of the night while everyone else was asleep. "Made a run for the border". LOL ! It was fun getting tacos at 2am. Good was fresh and hit the spot. Thank you Taco Bell for being open in the wee hours.

This recently remodeled Taco Bell location has great food quality. It may take sometime to get your order when they are busy though the food has always been fresh. For me the wait is always worth it for hot crispy tacos.

I ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes at the drive thru and paid $5.75. When I got home there were no tomatoes on any taco and no sour cream on any taco! You judge!!
