I was driving through town and I saw this place so I decided what the heck and went in. I ordered the 5 piece dinner with mac and cheese and collard greens. After I placed the order I gave her my debit card and she told me that I would be charged $0.25 since the order was less than $10. I thought nothing of this and paid for it. Then she told me that it would be a 15 minute wait so that they could make the chicken fresh. I waited over 30 minutes for chicken that was overdone. After she handed me my order I told her that I forgot to order a drink. She asked me what I would like and I told her the strawberry lemonade. Then she told me the price and held her hand out for payment. I was a bit shocked that she would charge me for this drink considering how long I waited but what was even more shocking is that she told me I would be charged $0.25 again for using my card to pay for $1.65 drink. I am very familiar with Merchant accounts and the truth is that her company is charged $0.25 per transaction. She didnt have to forward that charge to me. The worst part about it is that despite my wait and the bad quality of food, she still made me pay for the drink and the extra Merchant fee. This place is absolutely absurd -speechless

they have the worst customer service in town they need a whole new staff or just closed down.they never answer the phone and when they do answer the phone they put you on hold forever when you call them and place An order you still have to wait another 20 minutes when you get there for your food.if youre looking for bad customer service this is the perfect place.

We only order livers there so can give them 4 stars for that. Yes, small place and small staff so you will wait and maybe stand. Suggest you do like most us regulars and call in a take out. If all other menu items good as the livers its a real find. Thing is we just love fried livers so when we go thats only thing we order since were never disappointed.

I called in my order because there is usually a wait. I arrive, told them what I had ordered and my name. I walked to the furniture store and went back. They not only forgot about my order the first time, but did it a second time. Then the lady had the nerve to ask me too wait some more. No thank you. Im done.
