I spend a lot of time at the Hot Spot and I have never had a bad experience!! Everyone there is always friendly and they all know their stuff!! Just experienced the first of many ladies nights I will be attending there. My friends and I smoked our favorite Watermelon Shisha and really loved the new lounge feel they got going on at night! They turned the lights down and the music up and we really didnt want to leave, especially after we got our free 10 minute massage with our coffee and hookah purchase! This is not your typical cigar shop! My Girlfriends and I feel right at home there. They pretty much have something for everyone!

Great customer service. Will go above and beyond to rectify any issues. The lady that made my coffee today was awesome. Answered everyone of my million and a half questions thoroughly and patiently. When asked about prices of things that I normally buy at Starbucks I was happy to know that they are significantly cheaper. I was so busy talking I didnt catch her name :( SORRY! But you now who you are and you made this visit the best one yet. My son loved his drink and the cigar box. Thanks Barry, that put it over the top. Definitely will be back.

Coffee snob approved I Do not care for smoke... But after trying 5 other coffee places in FWB and getting 6-second espresso shots, i gave this place a try. The head barista here knows her stuff. Three drinks in, I got an off menu specialty she self-trained on and it was the best coffee I have gotten in this city in 3 years. Timed shots, different milk streaming times and techniques for different drinks, pre warmed cups, French press (timed) available, and a charming deck overlooking the river. A+!

A truly great place. I have been buying cigars from them for over 15 years when they had their shop across the street. I just moved back but my 2nd home was here since 68. Now Im there full time. Relaxing coffee great cool staff very helpful. If can mention my new smoke its the best. Payback room 101. Get the 5 inch 60 ring gauge. Delivious smooth long smoke and priced well. Great place

The only cigar store I have been with Air Cleaners ! Great cigar selection. Stop by here and you get everything, cigars, lighters, pipe tobacco and even a smoothie. Save your money in gas looking for another Cigar or Coffee shop. Super friendly staff, very helpful and caring. One of the owners gave me a tour of the store and even fix my lighter. I found my new Spot in town.

I Got a vaporizer and it only worker a day and 1/2 and when I took it back they said because of what I "put in it" they could not give me a new one or have this one serviced. she offered me 20% off if I wanted to buy a new one! well when you buy a vaporizer from a head shop they know what you putting in it! the lady that sold it to me told me how to do it!

I come down for a few weeks vacation in the middle just about every single year. I found this coffee cigar shop to be a diamond in the rough. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to the Representatives and consuming the beverages that they quickly made for me. I cannot wait to visit Fort Walton Beach again and have my daily coffee at hot spot.

Im just wanted to say that I would recommend Hot Spot Cigars. They have the largest selection of cigars in the area and the staff has always been very nice and helpful to picking out something new. They offer coffee and other accessories there, but I only do a bee line to the cigars!

This looks like the place to come and relax if you like smoke and everything smoke. But make sure you have time to browse. Never seems like enough. Come expecting to sit and enjoy the hookah. The big screens. Maybe a cigar or two...
