Im not sure the chicks name at the register with the blonde highlights but absolutely awful customer service. I work in customer service and all I know is you dont have an attitude as soon as someone walks up to you to tell you their order. Then they put the rest of our order last and a few other orders were made be before ours which we then received attitude from the older lady that was working there. So So we asked for a refund that we paid from with our debit card and we were given a gift card. Im just saying I love Starbucks and Ive bever experienced customer service in one like I did today!

Number 1 Top Notch Team, The best Team around out of all the Starbucks,from Florida to North Carolinia,they got it down and going on at this Starbucks,Shelia the Mgr. My familys favorite place to get coffee. :) We love how cute the place is. Our coffees are always delicious and made with care. The environment is nice and clean, and the place is never crowded. My mom and I live sitting outside in the chairs and tables they provide and sip, talk, and relax.

Absolutely love this location. The staff couldnt be friendlier. My favorite is Yoshi whom I have been served by in Pensacola as well as this location. They even remember my special drinks which speaks volumes considering the traffic they experience.

BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! They couldnt make my drink right then when I asked them to re make it the lady gave me an attitude and told me Id have to wait so I lost my money and didnt get anything to drink. Worst Starbucks I have EVER been to.
