This branch is very unsupportive of what Starbucks is trying to accomplish in the Americans helping Amercians job creation. I had asked for a news letter regarding it so I could speak to a business group and the lady said oh we do not have none. They were just sitting around piling up so we do not have any in our store. This is a program to help America recoop from this depression and they can not even put the news letters out to inform the customers. I did not know about this until I went to a different one and they had a rack of information. This store never has the weekly free downloadable apps or music on the cards so you can take it home to download rather than making you do it sitting in the store. I was there already spent money why do I need to ruin my relaxing time with friends to download what is offered for free. Very unAmerican!!

Waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes this morning. (There were 3 cars in front of me.) Then when I got to the window the staff member hands me a grande drink that I didnt order - I ordered a venti white mocha and this was displayed on the screen when I ordered. Anyway she says "Oops ok just a sec" and a few minutes later hands me my "venti white mocha" so I leave. Get to work and find out she put plain coffee with no sugar, cream or flavoring. Not cool, especially when I paid extra for what I ordered. The Starbucks in Uptown station is much better as far as drive thru service. This is the second time they screwed up my order this week and I WAS a daily customer.

Their drinks are good and for the most part they have good customer service, but they are SLOW! I waited 12 minutes in the drive through last week for a drink. It doesnt vary too much from that either. There was also one worker in particular I found to be very awkward especially since he wouldnt stop talking about his burger king meal he was eating while working. I wouldnt let my employees eat in front of the customers let alone bring outside food in and eat it in public.

I am a mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters. I brought my Little in tonight for her very first Starbucks drink! The young lady taking our order and the gentleman who made her drink "extra fancy" are rock stars in my book! They made a little girl feel very, very special! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Repeatedly the slowest service Ive ever gotten at any Starbucks...and Ive been nationwide. My favorite is iced coffee and they also lack consistency so I need to taste and usually tweak the drink...Unfortunately, this location is the most convenient for me.
