The manager Fran was very rude not only to customers but to her employees as well she was very unprofessional as I called up to tell them my order was wrong when I got home instead of talking like a manager should she instead hung up the phone and then proceeded to take phone off the hook for approximately 5min as I called again she sent it to the voicemail and under her breath I heard this so called manager call me a name as I couldnt hear exactly what she said I do know her employees all looked like wow so as an angry customer as I had just paid for almost $30.00 worth of food I let her have it and by no means did I hold back as she was disrespectful to me and her employees. If this happens alot with management then she should not be allowed to work as any kind of authority. I asked for a number to call and complain and she instead of giving me a number said we dont have one and hung up the phone, when I called back and asked for a different manager she said I dont know when he will be in call back another day. I love eating at Burger King but after tonight I believe it will be a long time before I spend my hard earned money there again especially if she is on duty.

Yes, the building is old. Yes, it is a dated design and not as efficient as it could be. It could easily be improved with a remodel. But they have always served me fresh and hot food. The restaurant is clean but does show wear and tear from its age. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they offer and make great recommendations. I come here about once a week from work for lunch. Tommy is a fantastic employee who keeps the lobby clean and the trash from overflowing where so many restaurants fail. Hes so energetic, friendly, and caring! Hes an amazing person who will always go out of his way to get to know you and take of you.

To Necol Richburgh: I definitely know what you mean. My fiance works with her at the Beverly Hills location. I believe shes just crew now. You know the scariest part is she isnt the worst? Yes she does have a temper tantrum type of attitude but Michelle, Teresa, and Tammy are so much worse. They actually treat the employees like trash. Many people have told me she is a racist, including her brother.

I loved the new staff when I went there. I had chicken sandwich and value fry, then a great CHOCOLATE shake. Afternoon manager, maybe she didnt know a customer was there, but she was loud and rude to staff members. Went today. Had a very messy.Whooper, it was great

The team members here are friendly and they are young and happy. The food is good and affordable. This Burger King is almost always clean and safe. I like coming here to eat before going to work which is only ten minutes from here.

I got the siracha burgers an they were not fresh. The lettuce was soggy and the cheese was melted to the wrapper. They obviously were microwaved. They were nasty and I will not eat at that location again
