we made reservation at 10AM for 7:30pm .We showed up at the restaurant, gave the lady our names she couldnt find the reservation which was ok because things happen; However, she wasnt willing to help us out. She wasnt willing to ask us to have a seat or if we want to wait for the next table. She basically looked at us from head to toe and said I dont have your name here when the reservation was confirmed over the phone for 7:30 PM. Terrible customer service. She treated us really bad as if we dont look like we can dine here so we left. Twenty minutes later, we called the restaurant after we left, we acted like we were somebody else. I believed the same lady we met answered the phone and said we can come in and wait for 30 minutes. Why couldnt she said that to us when we were at the restaurant that would have been a 10 minutes wait . I have never get into a place where I feel less of a person. I read review about it I thought it would be a nice place to go . Bad customer service .Im sure she wouldnt welcome "some else" that way just saying .

I want to start off by saying that words cant express how great Panorama is. I proposed to my then girlfriend here and they made sure that our night was perfect. The manager at Panorama, Jane, and the staff helped me before and during the dinner to ensure my proposal happened without a hitch. They helped make that evening a night my fiance and I will always remember. Every table has a great view. If you come in the evening you will have a great view of the sunset. And if youre there on a full moon like we were, youll be able to watch the moon rise over the horizon. The food was amazing! Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal as well as the two appetizers we ordered for our table of six. Our waitress was very attentive and the food came out quickly even though it was a busy night and we had a large party. Ill definitely be coming back here in the future!

The view is gorgeous and probably the best thing about this restaurant. Our server was very nice, but did not provide a white tablecloth experience. 2 of the wine glasses were dirty. The food was mediocre. Lobster Mac was terrible but tuna tartar was pretty good. The beef steak was excellent but the plantain mash was too sweet and the lamb chops were good. The key lime by was good and the Nutella smore was not warm and too messy. Overall, Im not horribly disappointed, but I wouldnt go back and probably wouldnt recommend it - theres plenty of better spots.

Husband and I arrived to the restaurant so that we could enjoy some drinks in the outside area. They had zero interest in accommodating a table or chairs for us and point blank told us they were busy and that we should leave. No one moved an inch to help. No one. They were happy to see us go. They were not all that busy. It looked like most people were leaving. Very disappointing.

The only flaw is that the air conditioning system is too strong and right over your head. Apart from that, the restaurant is absolute perfection. The servers and incredibly nice, the food is delicious, the view is amazing and its right next to the pool so if youre not swimming you can at least enjoy your meal while you watch people have fun just across the glass door

OK food, not very good service. The waiter would disappear for 30 at a time, wouldnt not take drink orders with food orders. We had to order drinks from the bar because he was not attentive at all. The overall experience was not worth the price. They did make a really good mojito though.

Used to be better, but the pool traffic had increased, the food has become mundane and boring and the prices are exceptionally high. The saving grace is the view and the occasion good service. At least the food tastes okay and is well presented.

View outside is great, service and food are acceptable at best, you pay for the view. Just come hang outside and go eat somewhere better. Manager girl with accent sucked, and they charge you 19%
