The food at this Panera location is about the same as you get at every other Panera. Sandwiches, bagels, some baked stuff. Ive had the Italian combo a couple of times, and it tastes good. The location is great. It sits on one of the higher hills in Clermont near the water tower and you can see the downtown skyline from the parking lot. The most recent time I went, every single empty table in the dining room was dirty. They werent particularly busy, so Im not sure what the problem was. I hate having to clean my own table, but I had no other option. Just about every visit I see several dirty tables and its a challenge finding the one or two clean tables in the place. Bad habits of not cleaning the dining room frequently at this location.

I love coming here every time! Ive never had any issues with them placing my order. They have been such a convenience for me when going on my break. There was a time I had arrived just a couple minuted prior to the food being ready and they told me to sit tight while they were getting my order ready. They even tried giving me a free soda, which I politely declined considering I was early. There food is amazing, even though I order the same thing every single time. Id rather not change my order just because it leaves me satisified. Ill continue coming here even if Im really far away.

Horrible I will never come back. So one visit this month I did not get my order. This time I get the WRONG order all together. I make it all the way to see a cold sandwich and cold mac and cheese Im beyond disappointed. And To my convince they are now closed and unable to give me the CORRECT order. The management is seriously slacking and its showing in the service they provide. Very disappointed if you have patience and dont mind screw ups eat here. If your like me and want to get what you order stay away.

We enjoy this Panera, but we dont like that they are often out of menu items at the end of the day. This has happened multiple times so it does seem like, to save costs, they dont carry enough of all menu items to serve their meals. Thats great for them, except the prices arent lower when you have to take the wrong bread, or a salad without all of the ingredients you actually want. On the positive side, the location is good, the restaurant is always clean, and we love their outdoor seating on nice days.

We went there yesterday, I had potato soup in the sourdough bread bowl with the Italian sandwich and my husband got the chicken noodle and the chicken salad sandwich...Omg it was all DELISH !!! Superior products, superior taste, superior service !!! It was all appreciated and as locals we will return for sure !!! Just an overall bad experience. Cashier doesnt know what she is doing, taking forever. Finally get to order and "oh Im sorry sir, breakfast ended 3 minutes ago." really? then I ask for a penini and it comes out a regular sandwich.... Manager was nice though. Said he wished someone would have told him. I agree.

The food is for the most part always good and the interior is always clean and presentable. And the service Ive always had was on par. The only down side would be all the customers who spend all day in the restaurant to only use the WiFi. Its not a knock on the restaurant itself at all. Food stuff

The food is good and the experiance overall is fine, but they always leave something out of my order and I have to go back and try to get it handled. Im really fed up with it. This last time they forgot 2 of my soups. Really if mcds can get my order right 100% of the time why cant they get it right?

Food was very expensive, service was slow, staff were incompetent and rude. I understand that restaurants get busy, however if you properly staff an establishment with friendly, intelligent people, it shouldnt matter. Eat a large bag of wieners panera bread, a Costco size bag of wieners.

We love the food at Panera. We especially like the fact that this location has a courtyard with outdoor seating without being on top of a busy street. Its quiet and breezy out there. We think the inside is too heavily air conditioned and noisy.

Employees arent super friendly. Half the time get our order correct (I dont like my bagel toasted and my husband does, mine ends up toasted half the time). If you want a big pack of bagels go early or you wont have much selection.

Bread for friends salad was small and poorly torn (not cut). When she commented, they gave her one that was worse!! So embarrassed that I invited her here today!! My full sandwich was not cut.. not sure whats going on!!

The great service you expect from Panera with good food add a great view, Clermont is one of the few places you will find hills in Florida. Nice exterior patio area.
