Hello & Good Afternoon Everyone I Just Wanted To Let You Know That This Publix Super Market Is Definitely Awesome Fantastic Amazing Because There Are PokeStop Inside The Store Love It & The Deil Sandwiches Are Fresh & Delicious Food & Shopping You Have Your Different Kind Of Choices To Choose From Brand Names Or The Publix Brand Both Are Wonderful & They Take Coupons Too & They Have Alots Of Souvenirs & Gifts Cards Too & Free Cookies For Your Little Ones To Have So Go To The Bakey & Asked Very Friendly If You Can Have A Cookie & Sometimes Free Samples Too & As You Can See I Took Photos Of The Pokemons I Caught & They Have A Restrooms Always Very Clean In The Ladies Room & Thanks For Listening & Have A Wonderful Blessed Day Everyone !!

This is the worse Publix in the area. I went here twice and there was no one in the grocery isles for 1 hour last night, when I found someone, he was the only one working last night. He was very helpful. But today I saw no one in the isles again. I went back today to switch some items that I got wrong. And it turns out that bogo for nabisco were only for the crackers, I told them that they were Nabisco, but nothing. I had to get a refund instead because the customer service guy there did not mark it off for me. At the Champions Gate Publix they help us get what we want when theres a mistake made, even if the customer was the one that made it. Everyone should go to Champions Gate if they want better service.

This is my all time favorite Publix. I even live in Celebration and choose to go to this one because it is the absolute best! They always have everything I need in stock and they have such a large selection of items compared to the Celebration location. The store is rarely busy, even on Saturday afternoon, and it is always clean. I have never seen this store packed or in disarray. The staff are always pleasant. Granted they are not Publix commercial happy, but I have never had a complaint about anyone working there. They have never been rude or short to me. I have found My Publix!

Very horrible customer service there,dont even bother trying to get a job there because they will tell you your getting a job and that they will call you but never do, they beat around the bush about it, every time you call to talk to the manager they say she is in a meeting, or on break and etc, and they say she will call right back, but never does call back, what kind of managers does that, will be in contact with their corporate office about it

This 2 star is only for the deli, the rest of Publix gets 5 stars but they need to hire more staff to help with the lunch rush. It takes me 15 minutes just to get to the counter to order a sandwich. I love this Publix and everyone nice but for the speed of service it gets the 2 star. Management (shekedda Washington) needs to either help or hire more staff.

Chris the meat market manager is by far and large the best asset to Publix! He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best meat cut the way I wanted. There is a reason they say, where shopping is a pleasure, and their customer service is the reason! Thank you Chris.

Dont know bout the last reviewer, but i love this publix!! I could go to another down the street but Ive been going to this one for many years. The cashiers are friendly and help you when needed. They tell me about ways to save money and about coupons Ive missed

Good store with products you cant find at Walmart. Prices are more expensive and the staff didnt say hello at all to me during my entire visit including at the till. Shop was nice, well stocked but staff let it down.
