The soups and bakery goods are always outstanding. As far as the sandwiches are concerned ; they lack any real meat to them. The breads they use dont taste the same as from their bakery with very little taste. The few times I have had the sandwiches of different types, they were thrown together without much thought. I enjoyed when they carried a " semi" Cuban sandwich, but even that was lacking in fillings. I enjoy the ambiance of their establishment but most of the menu items are very lacking.

After standing in what I thought was the line to order from (as were several people behind me) and with a server directly in front if me not saying a word until I was finally informed of the proper location to place my order "like every other Panera across the country" I was told.Rudeness is becoming commonplace but that does not make it acceptable. Cup of soup was good and only redeeming factor of this experience. Truck stop or not..Paneras name is on the property and better is expected.

This music sucks. Its like generic Harry Potter 1st year stuff. The food was not typical Panera...just Bc this is inside of a service center, it doesnt mean the food should be airport-quality. The baguettes were not baguettes. I think they ran out and replaced them with some other weird ass bread. Also, someone must have lit something on fire, because it wreaked of burnt cheese for 20 minutes straight.

I stopped at this Panera Bread around 8:00pm for dinner and when we got there they were already closing the restaurant. The employee was rushing me to order the food and after I got the food the Manager said they were closing the restaurant early I could not eat inside the restaurant. The food was ok but the service was very bad.

Do not order the Chicken Tortilla broth bowl. Poorly made, just dumped ingredients, lumpy rice into murky water. Panera is one of my favorites but either this dish was bad or this Panera was bad. Also messed up our other orders.

I loved it. Great food. Friendly staff and no annoying pagers like the other Panera on the TP. Price would be my only complaint, but compared to the other choices given the quality and freshness its worth it.

Terrible service and unhelpful, rude, staff. Order was messed up, and when they fixed it, food came back cold. When I told them this they told me to take it to the microwave and heat it up myself.
