So I cant believe I have lived in Boca raton for 3yrs and just found out about this place. Being born and raised in NYC I have eaten at many great places. Indian food has been a big part of my cuisine thanks to having so many options for it in Brooklyn. Tonight my daughter and I got to enjoy what we say is the best Indian food we ever had (sorry NYC not sorry). But seriously it was OMG delicious. And the service was on point. From the second we walked in we were greeted, we sat outside because hey thats the best part of living in South florida. Im sure you all have heard with it comes to having a good business the number one thing that matters is Location, Location, Location...and this restaurant is placed in perfect spot making it great for outside dining. The inside however is also beautifully designed and makes it easy for you to enjoy your experience. After we were sat our drink order was taken immediately and brought out. While looking over the menu I had a few questions, our waiter knew everything and was very helpful. The menu is easily labeled with what is very spicy and what has nuts. My daughter being 14yrs old isnt crazy about spicy food so they were able to accommodate and make the dish she wanted mild. Perfection since girls are picky no matter what the age. The portions were of decent size. We started with crab tikka (crab cake) which was served with two sauces on side, both were delicious. Then our entrees came out, she ordered Lamb briyani (excuse my spelling going off of memory) and I ordered the chicken(murg) tikka. I also ordered a side of rice and the tikka Masala sauce. We ordered the plain naan (picky daughter) to compliment our meal and it did. The dish for my daughter was still spicy ( per her I though it was fine) nevertheless when the waiter asked "how is your dish" she said "its a Lil spicy but its delicious." He showed concern and offered to bring out some yogurt sauce so she can mix it with her rice and lamb to drown the spice. The yogurt sauce was a cucumber yogurt and she loved it and of course it worked(dairy kills the burn of spice). So a happy kid a happy life right...we had left overs of course because of the portions being of a very decent size. We left room for desert and ordered the mango smoothie and rice pudding and shared(sort of). She only gave me 4 bites of her rice pudding as it was so good she didnt want to go halfsky(our word). Anyhow even with the 3bottles of pellegrino, the white wine I had, plus all the food the check was what we expected to pay. We will definitely be going back and trying more of the menu. When you have service like that, and food that makes your eyes roll..in a clean, and chic place you can not go wrong. Great for business meetings, lunch with a friend, family dinners and romantic dates. I absolutely loved everything about this place and can not wait to go back. Especially when I have visitors from NYC. If you like delicious food and have an open palate go to Sapphire I know you will enjoy it.

We went here upon a recommendation from a friend. The first problem is finding a parking spot...its in a swanky area of Boca where there are more restaurants than parking spots. Valet is available for $6 but who wants to pay that with tip on top of these already outrageous prices. We got our seats and the ambiance is pretty hip, but at the end of the day this is an Indian restaurant not a place to hookup so the atmosphere shouldnt be that important. Nonetheless we ordered our meal. No kids meal! Really? What decent restaurant doesnt offer kids meals these days? At Sapphire its about $16 minimum for a meal so your kid who may eat five pieces of chicken will set you back $16--ridiculous! Then the meals are all a la carte. Sapphire gives you nothing--I mean literally nothing! No bread, no wafers, nothing! Rice is extra, Nan is extra too and with small portions I might add, maybe four small pieces of pita. The regular Nan has as much flavor as a rice cake so you have to order the garlic which will set you back even more. My meal was okay but nothing to write home about. My wifes was decent but at these insane prices theres no room for error. To add insult to injury, we asked for takeout boxes and the lazy waiter wouldnt even put the food in himself; not to mention the boxes were the size of my palm. Clearly, Sapphire doesnt want you taking any food home. They probably resell the food you dont eat. This is a restaurant that wants to charge you for everything but give you as little as possible in return! We will not be going back to this Ripoff Factory!

The "Sapphire Jhinga" on their Tandoori menu is my go-to appetizer here; these three deliciously prepared jumbo shrimp are covered in a mouthwatering signature sauce, grilled to perfection for an added smokey taste, and served on a light bed of greens. Highly recommend everyone trying these at some point! If youre looking to taste something new and fun as an appetizer or something to share during the meal with your party, my second go-to appetizer here is their "Poori" bread; comes with a side of three sauces to dip in. Additionally recommended dishes (I have ordered and LOVE): Kerala Shirmp Curry, Patiala Shahi Goat, Chicken Murg Sorpatel.

I have a love-hate relationship with most Indian places in South Florida. Some of the dishes at Sapphire are great. Others can disappoint. At a recent visit the Korma was outstanding while the Tikka Masala seemed all wrong. Sapphire is unique in having some dishes you dont see in most Indian restaurants, and I particularly like some of these dishes. Parking can be a hassle when the plaza is busy, but there is usually a valet at these times.

The food at Sapphire is delicious and fresh. Their samosas are incredible- full of potatoes and peas, flavorful, and crisp. I have tried many of their dishes- all have been good. I love their sauces- I even bring home large containers of the mint sauce to use at home with chicken or other dishes. The raita sauce is also good. The service and management is excellent and friendly. I truly have nothing bad to say about Sapphire.

The service here was a bit slow getting rolling, but they got on point after about 15 min. Food was EXCELLENT very authentic. The owner came by to check on us several times. By far one of the nicest Indian restaurants I have ever been to decor wise. I had a samosa, chicken tiki masaz and garlic Naan. Everything overall was five stars. We will go back soon. Worth the drive from Fort Lauderdale too.

Our first time here was last night for an extremely wonderful date night! This will be our go-to Indian restaurant from now on. The atmosphere, food and service was outstanding. Arun, the GM, was very attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. Notable appetizer - get the Cheesy Garlic Naan - its served with the most amazing dip! We wanted to get a quart to take home it was so delicious.

Truly excellent Indian food and a great experience. Spoken from someone who loves and has eaten excellent Indian food all her life - from Brick Lane in London, to Bradford and Leicester in England - this is one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to. They allow you to modify dishes, are friendly and for any novices - educate about the dishes simply and effectively. GO HERE!
