About a week ago I went there to get the $10 wing bucket deal, which is advertised all around the drive thru speaker. Paid and was asked to pull up to wait for my order. (why advertise items just to make people wait). Anyways 19 minutes later I called the store (because the way the location is i couldnt drive back around) Reggie the manager/owner answered and I told him I was in dt and still waiting his replay, "yeh yeh they are getting it together now to bring out", I asked "Did they forget about me?" jokingly. His reply was "yeh, they did". Really?? First of all great job NOT training the employees Reggie. Second learn some basic phone etiquette. Actually Reggie seriously needs to learn basic people interaction 101. Been inside before and heard him yelling at employees and seen him flat out ignore white customers. NO MORE Auburndale KFC for this lady or my family!! Reggie is a terrible manager and an even worse excuse for a human being!!!

I think the buffet is a good value for the money. There is a hostess there that is a big help keeping the dinning area clean and ready for someone else to sit down when the previous person has finished eating. She was attentive to everyone, taking away dirty plates, replenishing with a clean plate. She turn this experience from a 3 star to a 4 star. The food was good but not replenished fast enough for the amount of people there. You either had to wait for something or pick through what has already been picked through otherwise I may have given 5 stars. I filled my craving for fried Chicken and for that, I was 100% satisfied.

I havent visited this KFC restaurant in over a year, but tried it again this past Sunday. I ordered the two-piece combo, crispy, that comes with ONE side and a biscuit. The combo used to include TWO sides and even a packet of "butter" for the biscuit. The price has also increased, so, not only am I getting less for more money, but EVERY time I eat there, I get a case of diarrhea. I have learned my lesson...NEVER AGAIN!

Great buffet, good food, clean, but mangers treat employees bad, if they dont like you for what ever reason, color, personality disabilty, they try too weed you out, by not giving you enough hrs so you will have no choice but to quit and find another job, thats not right! Concerend customer! Thank you!

Never eat here within 3 hours of closing, old food gets kept longer than it should. The only saving grace to keep 3 stars was that sweet old lady whod bring you napkins and take your trash. She was so kind and polite and nice to talk to. I think she passed away.

This KFC has a nice little Buffet! Not the biggest, but always pretty good food. If you like KFC chicken, you can get all you care to eat with plenty of trimmings at a reasonable price. Ive been coming here for years and years and I plan to continue.

Getting buffet takes forever for new plate. The buffet bar is in new to old customers way. Cashier very hesitant when giving new plate. Takes to long. Wont go again. 10$ almost for buffet and VERY small choices of food given.
